The location was great you could walk around anyway at all

Radiator did not work in our room so it was a bit nippy Don't pay cash, we payed a 300 bill with a 500 note and there was not enough change

A comfortable hotel, great location, very clean and most of the staff were friendly. Lovely, well prepared continental style breakfast self-served from a buffet. I left my credit card by mistake when I checked out, they phoned me promptly and the card arrived home by post a day later!!

There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Although tea and coffee is available in the breakfast room only 0700-2200hrs we found this very inconvenient and inappropriate by modern standards.

Lovlly hotel, nice and clean, close to the U-bahn , in a small street . very good breakfast with fresh veagtabeals!!! . very helpfull recieption.

Wifi was unusable in our room. Improved slightly in the cafe but not great. Unsure whether this is the norm or was just a transient issue. Front desk unable to solve.

Excellent location- metro is just around the corner as well as shops and restaurants, short walking distance to the center, friendly staff, nice bathroom, comfortable bed.

It's a very convenient place in the heart of the Innere Stadt, with comfortable rooms albeit small ones. The staff is very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. There is an ample breakfast available, and there is something quite lovely about the place.

The wifi is inconsistent, somewhat weak and not a secured signal, which is annoying when trying to scout places to visit. The hotel seems to cater to conventional guests--tourists; at least that is the kind of knowledge they provide at the front desk.

The location was perfect for a break in Vienna. I was a solo traveller and I couldn't have picked a better place. It was really clean, extremely central, you can walk most places or just hop on the U-Bahn which is literally around the corner. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was great plus the free coffee was a really nice touch - grab yourself a takeout cup and go wander into town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Rather small, modern hotel with comfortable rooms, nicely situated in the city centre of Vienna (directly at Schwedenplatz and very close to the "Wien Mitte" station). Sights such as Stephansdom, Hofburg, Museumsquartier, and shopping areas are within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast!

Excellent location for exploring museums, galleries and restaurants by foot. Also withing walking distance for arrival by City airport train + 1 underground stop. Hotel clean and modern with good selection for breakfast.

Very small table in the room

Its location within the Ring and close to metro & tramway lines.

The room rented through Booking.com was ridiculously small and deprived of any real comfort (very small bed, a tiny table, one chair and a directly communicating bathroom).

The design and location are excellent. The hotel staff are very good.

Great location, a minute walk from Schwedenplatz tube/tram station, 3 min walk from direct airport bus, 5 min walk from Stephan's cathedral. It is located in a small alley which took us a bit to find at first. Would not recommend for a woman traveling alone. Everything looks very modern and new. The bathroom and shower were painted red which would not have been my personal choice, but were super clean and functional. Very comfortable bed with two feather duvets, really great. Pillows are feather and soft. You may need an extra one if you're used to taller, firmer support. Great breakfast with many choices. Free coffee and tea until 9PM. Free wi-fi!!

The towels were old and not very pampering, I would have expected much nicer towels at such a nice hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent location, good breakfast

It's not really the hotel, just old European cities - driving our car with one way streets was difficult to find the hotel but the location was well worth our trouble.

The staff in this hotel is very friendly and always ready to help. Clean room, small bathroom but OK for certainly OK if only for a couple of days when doing a city trip. If we go back to Vienna we would certainly consider staying at Alma again for the location is very nice. Silent room.

The best feature about Alma is its location, next to Schwedenplatz in the inner city, close to public transit, museums, galleries and restaurants. Because it is located off a lane, I could not hear any city noises in the room. Lovely down pillows and comfortable bed. Lots or storage room to unpack my suitcase. Breakfast was ok and I liked the free coffee and tea option throughout the day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I was a bit surprised about how small the hotel was but that really was not a problem once I got over it! No gym at the hotel but I guess that is pretty normal.
