Alma Boutique-Hotel

Blízkost centra, výborná dostupnost metra a busu na letiště. Hotel leží v klidné ulici, takže neruší hluk dopravy. Neotřelý interiér. V blízkosti je dost dobrých kaváren a restaurací.

Na pokojích je trochu chladněji, ale v noci je to příjemné. Snídaně není nejbohatší, ale skromnému člověku postačí :-). Chybí hotelový bar.

Nenápadný personál, zařízení hotelu, čistota, klidné prostředí, , příjemná snídaňová místnost,dobrá dostupnost hromadnou dopravou, nedaleká stanice metra,

Škoda, že hotel nemá alespoň večerní provoz např. baru, když už ne restaurace, ale nevadilo nám to...

The recepctionist at the arrival was not friendly at talked to me in a way close to being rude

I was pleasantly surprised after reading complaints about amenities, breakfast, and curtains instead of doors to separate bath and shower. Disregard them. The renovation has been made incorporating the most contemporary elements in style, efficiency, and comfort for what hotel rooms usually need to be. The sunken breakfast room is open yet intimate, the coffee machine is available even after breakfast, and the selection well prepared. Only one minus, no english on the reception on the weekend that resulted in a delayed message. Pluses- perfect location for public transportation, airport bus, and access to the center of shopping and entertainment. Extremely quiet which was super.

The breakfast was cheap and the curtains of the room with this brown colour very bad taste spoils all the atmosphere of the rooms

Loved the style and room

Did not like the breakfast room. The semi basement room with its open staircase from the lift lobby is too small and crowded, and does not do anything for ambience. It certainly does not do justice to the special boutique style of the hotel. It would have been better to foregone one or two bedrooms on the first floor and provide a more spacious and light breakfast area.

Good loacation help full staff

Staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean and ideally situated for visiting central Vienna and for the bus from Vienna airport.

The en-suite bathroom arrangement, separated from the bedroom by a curtain, was not ideal.

The staff were friendly and efficicient and helpful in recommending restaurants, trips and travel routes. It was quietly placed off the main road , but very close to the metro station.
