Almost everything. The staff are especially nice. The location is wonderful.
Free tea/coffee all the days
The breakfast was great, the wifi is stable.
If there is water boiler in the room that would be great
good breakfast, free coffee/tea till 21:00, can have a short break
Excellent location. Right next to Schwedenplatz station, which is 2 stops away from the main train station (if taking the U-Line). 5 minute walk to St. Stephen square and plenty of shops around. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good service. Although pricey, but on the high end of four star hotels.
Limited breakfast, not enough options. Check out is at 11 (could have been further) - They do however store luggage for free. Too pricey, but I guess thats for all vienna.
Fast wifi, breakfast
room was small
Breakfast is nice! They have free coffee offers until 9pm! I love the room, it's clean and cozy!
Location in a quiet back street next to a public transport hub (2 metro lines + several tramway lines + direct bus service to airport) and within walking distance of the old city center Breakfast was very decent
Very impersonal (though courteous) staff Room quite small for the price
Great breakfast included with our stay. The little extras like a biscuit & chocolate left on your pillow were good. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the breakfast area up until 9pm but no facilities in your room (like most others places we stayed in in Europe. Great location with the underground round the corner, taxi rank also few meters up the road. Walking distance to attractions in the historic area. Would come back.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Both location and breakfast were good.
Suffering from indigestion didn't sleep well and didn't discover how to switch on the air-conditioning until second day. No hair-dryer and no hot drink facilities in room.
Hotel Receptionists,Tina, Petra & alexandra, were very kindly and helpfull. every request or issue was accepted with politeness.
location was top, little alley in the center with nice little restaurants and a beautiful Greek Church. Friendly staff at the reception.
light in the bathroom was very dark and bathroom door very havy. The room was small without much daylight.
spacious, beautifully designed rooms in the villa, stylish and comfortable everything, charming, multilingual staff, particularly Anke, who helped us book last minute dinner reservations.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Lovely nice hot shower; cool view over the street and old houses. Nice spacious breakfast area with loads of things to choose from. Close to the city centre and close to the metro and postbus (which takes you to the airport for only €8- bring cash money!!). I would stay again if i'm ever in Vienna again.
The room seems a little stark at first, but once you find out where the 3rd light source is it changes things. Too bad the window in the room could not open fully. Street is calm, but the adjacent area can be loud (always bring earplugs so no worries though).
location service staff room space decoration
The air conditioning went off at night and it got very hot. You can't open the windows to compensate.
Location, breakfast, helpful staff
Small room size, car parking was some distance away
The hotel is situated on a quiet street and is ideal for getting a good night's sleep. Uninterrupted access to WiFi.
There was nothing to dislike.
location, breakfast, and modern design
Location. Rooms are nice but no child-friendly (see comments on "things I didn't like")
1- There is effectively no AC. They don't tell you but the AC installed will only kick in if the OUTSIDE temperature is above 20 C. The temp in my room was 26 C and because outside it was below 20 C we would sweat the whole night. The clerk kept saying sorry, but doing nothing to fix the problem. I suggested they monitored the temperature in Kenia so that way they would never have to turn on the AC. 2- I asked the clerk if they can give me a fork and a knife and was told the kitchen is closed and there is nothing they can do for me, so the clerk suggested I go begging for plastic knifes and forks to the street food vendors. Which I did; they were much more useful than the clerk (apparently the Hotel's only staff) 3- I bought from them a Red Big Bus pass for 25 euros per person. The tickets they had and the map were so old that when we went to hop to the bus they had to give us new tickets with the consequent delay. 4- Rooms are nice but by no means child-friendly; if you let your one-year old child walk (which I recommend ;-) ) he will have access to every thing in the room, including the phone, the lights switches, power outlets, sinks, soap dispenser, shower, etc. 5- This is by no means a 4 star hotel as advertised in their front door. It has no swimming pool, no Air Conditioning, the lobby is about 50 square feet and the clerk can't do anything to solve a guest's problems.
Well equiped rooms with plenty of stoirage space. Godd breakfast. Very convenient for the underground station
I stayed twice at this hotel, one night each time, and had the same pleasant experience. I enjoyed the concierge team’s pleasant and courteous manner and the nice and clean room, equipped with the perfect drapes to keep the room dark in the morning. The room was very clean, the bed had perfect linens and the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. The shower had a steady, nice flow of water. The breakfast was very good, divers and served in a cozy area downstairs. A huge bonus was the good quality of coffee/tea service all day long. The location is amazing, and also only 5 minutes’ walk from Morzinplatz, airport bus terminus station every 30 minutes non-stop. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
Everything was perfect.
