Uバーン降りてすぐの立地で非常に利用しやすかった。ただ、裏通りに面している為、最初は少し分かりづらい。部屋は狭いが新しく清潔で、朝ご飯が美味しかった。 |

There was one particular young women at the front desk who was particularly helpful. She wore glasses and had light brown hair. She really helped us by suggesting transportation and how to get to places. I also thought the people who cleaned the room did an excellent job. The only thing I didn't particularly like was that my room was fairly small. It was a room for a single person but there was not much room to move around. |

The friendliness and service given by the staff. A great breakfast buffet. Our double room was spacious with an abundance of storage. A great boutique hotel in the most convenient location in Vienna. |

Excellent location. Good size designer room minimulist design but with plenty of space. Very well organised buffet breakast catering to most tastes. Relaxed feel and lots of natural light. Good standard throughout. A very good base for short or long stays. Lower rooms can be a bit noisy from outside traffic but that is all part of staying in an inner city hotel. |

Friendly staff, nice new decorations, convinient location, terrace on the roof. It becomes the best of Pertschy pansions after renovation. |

the location was good' the stuff was helpful the room was clean the breakfast was nice the design of the bathroom was really uncomfortable and not suitable for an hotel, the aircondition did not work properly and was not sufficiant |

Well designed and beautiful (modern) rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, very good location, nice and cozy. The bath had a "jacuzzi" facility, so you could choose if you want to take a normal bath or a more relaxing one with bubbles by pressing a button - nice surprise! The room (single room) was a bit small, but if you are travelling alone, you don't need that much space; you could hear some noises from the room next door (I think their bed was just in the opposite side of the wall as mine), otherwise very quiet; the bathroom could have a bit more light |

The hotel is well established, managed and serviced. Well designed and convenient. Stuff is good and professional. Good location! May be it is not a problem of the hotel, it is a problem of booking.com, but you definitely should write somewhere it is a non smoking hotel. So, the people who smokes, they also have rights!!! And this hotel is totally non smoking. |

It was in a very convienent and quiet location of Vienna. Everything was in walking distance or easily accessable by public transport. They pushed two single beds together to make a double bed. The breakfast was also of poor quality. |

This hotel is excellent for a short excursion into Vienna, a honeymoon or a romantic weekend. All means of transportation, restaurants, conditoreis are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, its location is fantastic. None. We got what we were expecting, nothing more or less. |
