The Neuhaus is a beautiful Hotel with fantastic facilities, in a central location with friendly helpful staff and a convenient car park. We have used the Neuhaus a few times now and the high standards have been consistent.

Location, spacious apartment with two bedrooms - we've got free upgrade!, facilities inside, friendly staff, large garden with pool if weather allows, superb interior finish with good taste.

We loved the bedroom suite and the food and the cleanliness of the hotel. We loved the games room and theatre club. I think it must be one of the main hotels offering that level of quality in Mayrhofen. We would definitely stay again.

The spa could have been slightly better but that is our only criticism

The hotel is well located and relevant to the local area. The facilities provide opportunities beyond your room, which was itself large and enjoyable. the pool is a great place to unwind before dinner. Thursday has a local band perform who are excellent and a real treat.

The hotel layout leaves you imposing on others at times, although limited. The half board dining felt like a school canteen and was uninspiring, the menu needs simplifying and modernising. The 'Live Music' was the same every night other than Thursday. The sames songs gradually louder as the night progressed.

The hotel had everything! Fantastic private spa. Food great, great male bartender

Some of the people in the reception were really not friendly. Hoped that it was just one day, but it was a continuos mood. Also count for the female bartender

THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WI-FI WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING and UNACCEPTABLE!! We are in 2014 and it is a must!!! Please do something about it urgently, even pubs and 2 star places have free wi-fi

Room very comfortable, bathroom very modern and nice. Food very good.

A little too far from the lift and the village centre for us. The hotel bar lacked atmosphere. Dinner finished at 8pm this was too early for us to enjoy après ski and then to walk back and get ready for dinner, then it is a walk back if you want any night life. This is a perfect hotel for people who ski/walk, enjoy a big dinner then have a relatively early night.

Hotel serves an excellent meal, facilities are very good (good pool and sauna) and rooms (particularly their junior suites) are a fantastic size.

The hotel caters to private parties and to tour groups at the same time. This makes service a bit impersonal.

This hotel is just a dream. It has a classic toughs with ultra modern rooms. It takes care of his hosts and it fills in where needed to make your stay just perfect. Defiantly 4 stars worthy!

Nothing! Good advice check if it has snowed if you want to sky to your hotel. If not you'll need to compromise with taking the elevator down.

Comfortable, clean, very good food included in the half-board. Excellent location a bit down the road from the main lift where the noisy apres are located, therefore quiet but a few paces from the ski bus.

They charge for WiFi, 10 Euro for 3 days. So if you're remotely computer literate, stay away, plenty of places where WiFi is free in the 21st century.
