scenery from our room. no tea/coffee making facility in room. It's winter time and hot beverages is a must, but they don't provide the electric kettle/hot pot for tea/coffee making.Internet connection is also a problem, being log off if you are not using it for awhile.It also limited to 1 user only in one room(even for me who stayed in a studio suite).

The location was perfect for the purpose we went for. The hotel is comfortable and practical. The atmosphere is not very personal, for 4 stars we expected something more.

Very poor service and unwilling and un-smiling employees. After a long day of traveling we were looking forward for dinner at the hotel in the evening. In our room there was instructions from the hotel that guests were not welcome in the restaurant without proper dresscode. So we changed to suit and dress and went to the hotel-restaurant, but we were literally speaken denied access - even though the restaurant was barely half full. That because we unknowing had made reservation for a room WITOUT evening dinner in the restaurant. The employer could not give us any advice where to go to instead. We were not informed about the welness area in the basement. We had to figure out by ourselves how and when to use it.

Alles is ons zwaar tegengevallen de locatie omgeving maar vooral de manier waarop we behandeld werden ze kwamen ons in niets tegemoet en waren totaal niet gastgericht !! De dag van aankomst konden we niet eens wat eten daar om half 7 savonds we hadden moeten reserveren en toen onze zoon een breuk opliep waren ze in helemaal niets behulpzaam ik raad dit hotel ten strengste af aan iedereen

sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Bergkette, Eingangsbereich, Bar und Frühstücksraum schön gestaltet Modernisierungsrückstand bei Zimmern. Badezimmer durch Teilung in 2 Miniräume in die Größe einer Umkleidekabine verwandelt. Möbel und Bett abgenutzt, Amaturen in der Dusche aus der Sanitärsteinzeit. Entspricht nicht 4 Sternen.

Le très bon accueil, l'efficacité et la discrétion du personnel, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Cuisine de bonne tenue. Je suis particulièrement satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel où je venais pour la troisième fois.

relax in wellness. Not being offered with half-board when booking the room via www.booking.com I was expecting to order a dinner from menu. But I was told that only those who had half board ordered can get the dinner in hotel restaurant.
