Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Very good food and large clean room. There was some question about the drinks inclusion with dinner as mentioned in your booking, but the hotel very kindly honoured this - at their expense. Bit noisy due to train line right beside it. |

Exclusive half board, very friendly staff. Railway just behind the house. We had windows facing the the railway, so we couldn´t have the windows opened for the night. |

Big, clean og really nice hotel-rooms. The food too was also way beyond expected! Great! Better opportunities to dry large amounts of wet alpine-clothes. It was ok, but could have been better. |

We were asked to pay the day before the last. We felt they thought we would leave without paying. When we went to pay to the desk the staff member stood up and left us for 10 minutes without a word. |

Even if the room was not a 5 star one, it felt cozy and nice, and the meal service, breakfast and dinner were definetly great, a wide variety every day, with great consideration for everything. It deffinetly worths staying at this hotel, we enjoyed it very much. |

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido en entorno en donde se ha encuentra el hotel. Recomiendo a familias con niños que vayan. La decoración es excelente, y la comida no te la puedes acabar de la cantidad que te traen!!! |

Er was een rustige gastvrije sfeer en het personeel was vriendelijk in de omgang echt een familiehotel. Waar wij niet tevreden over waren was het slot van ons verblijf, we moesten namelijk het volle pond betalen terwijl we ervan uit gingen dat we € 200 via jullie hadden aanbetaald wat volgens de eigenaar niet zo was. hopelijk komt dit nog goed. |

Geräumiges Zimmer als Familienzimmer (mit durch Tür abgetrennten netten kleinen Kinderzimmer), sehr freundlicher Service beim Abendessen, Menü immer lecker, mit guter Auswahl und qualitativ gut mit Produkten der Region (v.a. mit Blick auf den Preis für die Halbpension so nicht unbedingt zu erwarten); Skibushaltestelle liegt nur rund 200m entfernt, sehr praktisch. Das Bad könnte eine "Aufhübschung" gebrauchen, war aber soweit zweckmäßig und immer sehr sauber. Wir hatten versäumt, am Abend vor der Abreise zu zahlen und mussten leider deutlich spüren, dass das so nicht ok war -> morgens 40 Minuten Wartezeit, bis jemand zum Bezahlen an die Rezeption kam, war zwar unser Fehler, hätte man aber auch freundlicher drüber hinwegsehen können, beim nächsten Mal denken... |

Ondanks "overboeking van halfpension" toch nog kunnen dineren in hotel. In eerste instantie geen gebruik kunnen maken van halfpension, terwijl we daar wel voor hadden geboekt. |
