Design lobby,nice eating-room, very good and rich breakfast and dinner (though no choice for sweets or pastry, one type only ) Waiters too concerned to clean the table,even when one didn't finish the meal,smells of cooking in the rooms,wireless working now and again,only basic equiped rooms,need to refresh them a little,reception staff not very attentive

schöne Aussicht, sehr gute Preis - Leistung, Essen gut, nettes schönes Hotel ausschließlich ausländische Gäste, wir waren die einzigen deutschsprachigen! wir fühlten uns deshalb fremd,das gesamte Personal spricht sehr schlecht deutsch, Wein (hauptsächlich tschechisch) nur in Flaschen und nicht Glasweise erhältlich, Barkeeper sehr unerfahren und greift mit Finger in Getränke und auf die Garnitur am Glas

Prachtig uitzicht op bergen en overdag rustige locatie. Geluid 's nachts van spoorlijn is goed hoorbaar. Receptie personeel spreekt amper duits en is niet kundig. Avondeten was matig vanwege vieze borden, het onbijt incl. De koffie was slecht.

Kiváló helyen, gyönyörű környezetben lévő újépítésű modern ám mégis hangulatos szálloda. A takarítószemélyzet lehetne alaposabb (pl. A koszos törölközőket nem cserélték ki).

Der Service war gut und freundlich und wir durften unsere beiden Tibet Terrier mitbringen,es gab keine Probleme deswegen,Klasse das man hier so Hundefreundlich ist,weiter so,wir kommen gerne wieder Das Hotel ist sehr Hundefreundlich,keine Frage,aber man könnte mit dem Partner und den Hunden gemeinsam Essen gehen und nicht einzeln,es schmeckt dann nicht wenn man alleine am Tisch sitzt,es wäre ja kein Problem wenn man sich mit den Hunden in dem großen Speiseraum in eine Ecke setzt,platz ist dort ja genug wenn der große Ansturm vorbei ist,vieleicht könnte man darüber nachdenken?

Wir sind mit keinen großen erwartungen hier her gekommen da die Gegend im Sommer sehr ruig ist und nur von Wanderer besucht wird Das Hotel das hat uns aber sehr gefallen das Personal sehr freundlich das Essen sehr gut.Also wir das sind meine Frau ich und meine Tochter würden sofort wieder hier her kommen hat uns sehr gefallen.

Szép volt a panoráma a környező hegyekre, közel volt a sípályához. A félpanizós ellátás bőséges volt, és nagy volt a választék. Kértük, hogy kacsolják fel a villanyt, de arra hivatkozva, hogy a szálloda tulajdonosa megbünteti az alkalmazottakat nem tették. A szauna nem egy légtérben volt a medencével, és külön be kellett jelentkezni, de mindig teltház volt, így sajnos nem jutottunk be.

Skvelý personál.Kuchyňa fantázia.Doplnkové služby ako napríklad zabezpečenie skibusu grátis hodnotím kladne. Blokácia duplicitne celkového finančného obnosu na platobnej karte aj týžden po zaplatení pri odchode z hotela....

минусы: очень тесные номера с низкими потолками, интернет почти не работал, в целом не очень уютно плюсы: приветливый персонал, чисто, хороший завтрак и ужин, удобная парковка, до горнолыжного курорта 1 минута на машине.

Die vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten habe ich als sehr angenehm empfunden. Vom Hallenbad über die Billardtische und die Dartsscheibe bis zum Tischtennisraum und den Kinderspielraum. Die Buffests waren reichhaltig und attraktiv bereitet. Die Rezeption schließt um 20.00 uhr, was vor allem für die auszuleihenden Billardqueues oder die Dartspfeile nicht ganz einfach war.

A szálloda bár Ausztiában található, mégis olyan mintha az egykori Csehszlovákiában lenne, hiszen a hotel teljes személyzete és a vendégek jelentős része is innen érkezett. Még a számlát is szlovák nyelven állították ki. Voltak olyan pincérek, akik egyátalán nem beszéltek németül, csak az anyanyelvükön. A pincérek lassúak és gyakorlatlanok voltak, érezhetően előnyben részesítették a cseh, illetve szlovák vendégeket. A szoba nagyon szűkös volt, sok kivánnivalót hagyott maga után. 3 nap alatt nem egyszer sem takarították.
