Even though struggled at times with the difference in languages the staff made every effort to make us welcome. The Hotel is basic but comfortable, I think some of the bathrooms need a makeover as the shower in my room was shonky and I had to use one in another room. Tea making facilities and a mini fridge in the room would have been nice. |

Very poor choice on breakfest. Every day our table was not ready for breakfest and we had search and asking waiters about it. On first day after diner waiter count us 20 Euro more to the bill. View from the window was on car parking etc. |

el personal en general fue amable. El entorno del hotel es bonito, así como su aspecto externo. Te levantas y estás en plena naturaleza. Nos ha parecido todo un poco raro. Cuando llegamos no les había llegado la reserva a través de booking, aunque yo la tenía confirmada en mi correo. No sé si tenían algún problema con internet o simplement no tenían internet. No obstante tenían habitaciones y nos proporcionaron una, eso sí, si pagabamos en metálico ya que también tenían problemas para admitir pagos con tarjetas de crédito¿?. Nos dieron lo que ellos llaman una suite...la verdad es que era grande pero por lo demás....: las toallas tamaño mini y casi con agujeros, no teníamos luz en la mesilla, cada uno de los grifos del baño era diferente...y no era una cuestión de diseño....en fin . Además el hotel es muy grande y daba la sensación de que estábamos prácticamente solos |

El desayuno buffet no estaba mal. El Hotel esta algo escondido y nos costó como una hora encontrarlo, además se estaba haciendo de noche sobre las 19h y ya no encontrabamos a nadie por la calle para poder preguntarle. Finalmente lo encontramos. En cuanto a las almohadas y los colchones son bastante antiguos e incomodos. |

大きくはないですががプールがあり子供の暇つぶしに良かったです。深さは１５０ｃｍでしたが・・・。卓球台- と貸ラケット・ボールもあってよかったです。ホテル情報に無かったので掲載したらよいとおもいます。卓球用- の部屋はあまりきれいではありませんが。 |

Het hotel is rustig gelegen buiten het centrum van Bad Goisern.Alle kamers hebben een prachtig uitzicht en mooi terras. Kamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe. |

dat de fietsen mee konden op de hotelkamer mits schoon interieur is binnen 3 jaar aan flinke vernieuwing toe wil je als bedrijf fris en sportief overkomen zeker in een plaats als bad goisern anders mis je in de toekomst de slag vooral eetzaal en entree kamers kunnen nog tijdje mee |

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en deden erg hun best. Service was uitstekend. Goed bereikbaar Er was geen spatscherm in de badkamer waardoor normaal douchen zonder alles nat te maken bijna onmogelijk was. |
