I liked the location very much, We were paying top rate over 370 eur for supposedly Junior Superior Suit. First we arrived late there was no one at the reception to help with luggage, than we went to our room and we looked directly into the wall that was just oposite the window, so no mountan view at all! We tried to change the room but there was no one left in the hotel to assist! The room was not suit at all it was just a bit spacios double room! The furniture was all cheap plastic including the wood panelling that was just card with wood effect paper on it! The overall apearance of the hotel including food was giving feeling cheap mass market establishment. Nothing that was said at the web page. We moved next day to the same room at 3rd floor our view improoved a little we did not looked directly into the wall but overlooked the carpark! When we moved to the room both radiators were completely switched off and room was freezing cold also the radiator in bathroom was off. The same happened when we arrived the first night, whole heating system was just switched off. The food was very below average, the vegetables when cooked looked almost grey and it was completely tasteless as were used cheap ingredients. Did not appreciate at all that for such price there was an extra charge for an esspreso at breakfast! If the hotel cost were about 200 eur per room it would be fair price at the cost of over 370 eur we felt it was massive ripp off

Excellent hôtel located right on the ski slopes. Good value for money. Only minor issues. Food can be slightly improved: nothing critical but I've seen better buffet in other 4* tirolean hotels. Also would recommend to take better care of the recreation equipment: the ping-pong raquettes were very used, as well as the grid: it costs nothing comparing to the hotel renovation costs, but can be important for guests with childrens looking for some sport activity.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer goede infrastructuur. Zeer verscheiden voeding van zeer goede kwaliteit. Voor ski uitstekend. Wie niet aan skisport doet is gekluisterd aan het hotel, maar dat is niet de fout van het hotel!!

Die Lage des Hotels zum Skifahren ist traumhaft, direkt vom Skikeller auf die Piste. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Das Essen immer reichlich und sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Sehr empfehlenswertw wir kommen gerne wieder.

Отель располагает прекрасным спа-комплексом, великолепная кухня ( отличные завтраки и ужины) , просторные номера, услужливый персонал. Расположен непосредственно на горнолыжной трассе, одеваешь лыжи и вниз! Если вы новичок в горнолыжном спорте, вам будет сложно. Без инструктора не спуститесь к отелю и не отъедете от него ( рядом проходит единственная красная трасса) Хохзёльден - деревушка из 6 отелей - пойти абсолютно некуда, до Зёльдена дорога-серпантин мин 25-30 , вечером на машине не лучшее развлечение. Были в отеле 5 ночей - постельное белье не меняли ни разу!

Все на отлично, очень понравился номер 314, большая терраса, с/у с душем просто ограмный, отдельный с/у с биде и умывальником (был п/люкс). Питание вскусное и разнообразное. Расположение - встал на лыжи из отеля и вперед! Так же назад - на лыжах в отель! В 10м от отеля прокат и стоянка авто. До 15:30 ходит до Зельдена и обратно автобус.Отель не для тусовки, а для катания и отдыха от суеты. Понравилось все, отдых удался!!! За развлечениями нужно ехать в Зельден (вниз на авто или такси после 16ч, по серпантину около 10км). Если будет плохая погода - сложно добраться на машине (совет: брать проходимую и устойчивую авто, цепи).

hotel magnifique,avec un personnel sympathique.ut est fait pour que le séjour soit impeccable.Repas,excellents et copieux, chambre spacieuse et calme,accès direct aux pistes.,garage pour la voiture.En un mot :impeccable rien de particulier si ce n'est la nécessité d'équiper la voiture de chaînes pour accéder à Hochsolden

De ligging is perfect, direct aan de skipistes. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het eten was ok en de wellness was goed. Het personeel maakte een erg onzekere, bange indruk en was passief. Het hotel probeert voor alle diensten iets extras te rekenen; in de wellness kun je alleen een flesje water kopen, en well voor 3 euro! De kamers zijn onprettig warm; er is wel een thermostaat in de kamer maar de verwarming uitzetten had geen effect.

Ondanks het einde van het seizoen waren alle faciliteiteiten nog voor 100% in orde. Het maakt niet uit wanneer je er bent. Prettige sfeer en prachtig gelegen hotel hoog in de bergen. Weinig faciliteiten verder in Hoch Söll, je bent afhankelijk van het hotel. Er viel niets tegen;de weersomstandigheden en piste condities hebben niets met het hotel te maken.
