“ I got refurbished room no. 216, facing village Filtzmoos, great village and mountain view. The other side of the hotel is facing only mountain. Hotel Alpenkrone enjoys a quiet location above Filzmoos, offering a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. It features a spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, gym and massages. In winter, guests can use the hotel's ski bus, which offers free transportation to the slopes and ski schools. The individually furnished, rooms with private bathrooms have balconies and TVs. The Alpenkrone provides a playroom for children, a snooker and ping-pong room as well as a TV and video room. The restaurant of the Alpenkrone serves a variety of Austrian and international dishes. Location and views from hotel. Hotel went out their way to accomodate our requirements, especially regarding the 8-week old baby who was in our party. We could not have asked for more help and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble. Nothing.

I got refurbished room no. 216, facing village Filtzmoos, great village and mountain view. The other side of the hotel is facing only mountain. Warm and very clean room and bathroom, great bed, great pilow. Breakfast with quality and wide choice of cutleries, fresh and can fruit, different yogurts. Fresh brown bread with seeds, rye bread, and in the early state of breakfast croissants. Pickled vegetables (paprika, cucumber and onion) also. Juice is from machine, Filter coffee, hot and cold milk, hot cocoa. In the morning you make your written choice of the two evening meals, plus vegeterian or kid choice. In the evening sallad bar. It was busy all the time, but didn't see any trouble beeing served promptly. Meals are made in a manner of a "chef cousine" to my experience. Small antrecote, soup, followed by meal, everything nicely served, with a desert at the and. Maybe, they should consider increesing size of portions. Manager is the owner also, busy but friendly guy. He met my request to cut down the price because of the sudden cancelation of the member of my family, wich was quite professional and more then friendly. Very nice pool, about 25m2, afternoons are busy, but if you do not skii, use it in the morning, nobody is there! Sauna is working only afternoons. Bar is also does not work in the morning. Coming to the hotel: relatively steep road about ,5km from the village, regularely under winter service, pebbles helps you get without trouble, winter tires is must! When you rich the hotel, there is 50m of the down hill road to the two entrances, main and side one. That is trouble, if there is too much snow, you can easy get stuck, if you do not have chains on your winter tires. All together, I will choose this hotel again! Spa center is conected with the pool with the coridor which is a bit cold, when you decide to go from pool to the spa. Otherwise, if you are living spa aria from sauna to the pool, it is not too much trouble, because youre body is warm.

warm - relaxed - friendly staff - easy location - village view from balcony - excellent breakfast buffet - smoking areas away from non-smokers- no problem with gradient drive up to the hotel or parking as we had winter tyres half-board menu was limited for us but only because we are not pork eaters - the vegetarian menu could be a little more varied - but the salad bar was very good

Cosy place, friendly staff, value for the price... Great wellness area, excellent food, free wi-fi - recommended also for families surroundings breathtaking, very nice mountain area, Filzmoos perfect place for Summer and Winter vacation Sometimes noisy&smoking parties outside until late hours, disadvantage for those who have room oriented in the porch direction

War ein wunderschöner Winterurlaub: Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, Das Essen (4 Gangmenü) ist hervorragend. Zimmer (mit Dorfblick) schön und geräumig. Praktisch alles ok, Abendessen könnte ev. statt Ende 20 Uhr bis 20,30 ausgedehnt werden, dann hätte Servierpersonal auch weniger Stress.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Küche, schöner Saunabereich und nettem Personal. Skibus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Hotel liegt oberhalb vom Ort, im Dunkeln schwer zu finden

Az éttermi kiszolgáló személyzet tagjai mindent megtettek, hogy kompenzálják kedvességükkel a top hotelnek meghirdetett szállás összes hibáját. Külön tetszett az idős tulajdonos mami népokító, Skóciára emlékeztető cselekedetsorozata, amikor az asztalokon talált harapásnyom nélküli péksüteményeket visszarakta a kínáló-kosárba. Amúgy a felszolgált étel mennyisége és minősége valóban jó volt. Másodosztályú vendégnek éreztem magam. A prospektusban nem szerepel a "mellékszárny" , ahol penetráns lefolyószag volt a vendégünk folyamatosan az 511-esben. Szerencsére a szag nem terjedt erősen, mert folyamatosan hideg is volt a szobában. A 4 csillagból szakadt műanyag harmónika- -ajtóra futotta a fürdőszobára. Egy családból foglaltunk kettő szobát, de négy hónap kevés volt ahhoz, hogy legalább egy szinten legyünk. A tulajdonos hozzáállása olyan volt a felvetésre, mint az egész szálloda összképe-stílustalan, nagyképű és lekezelő. Fazekas Imre Jánossomorja

De aankleding en Lokatie was goed Dat 1 van onze medereizister geen reductie kreeg op de 2 persoons kamer,ontbijt en het diner er was voor 1 persoon geboekt en er is maar door 1 persoon gebruik van gemaakt, de reden dat er geen reductie gegeven kon worden was dat het was geboekt via boeking.com, dit was een flinke domper een reden om eens bij een ander hotel te kijken als we met een onevenaantal zijn.

Tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht Sauna ab 20 Uhr geschlossen Anfahrt zum Hotel nur mit Winterausrüstung möglich( Ketten ) haben wir nicht gewust. Wir hatten Glück das wir einen Audi A3 hatten ( Allrad)
