The breakfast was very basic but very good. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I did not like that there were not many plugs and no clock by the bed. |

Breakfast was good. There is a erotic nightclub downstairs. People attending the club can possibly be noisy at night. The quality/price ratio is definitely good Reception was approximate or absent |

The staff was very welcoming. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Free private parking and food was excellent. The room was confortable and big with access to balcony. The hotel is beside a Exotic Strip Club and a beer stand therefore it was noisy at night. |

The location of the hotel near the Alps and the Swarovski facilities. Noisy, strip tease place in the basement of the hotel. The pictures on the internet are deceiving, the hotel is not as nice as it is on the pictures (I would say it is not the same place), and it is definitely not a 3 1/2 star hotel at all. I would rate it as 2 stars only. |

Only the price for the room and also the Thai restaurant was ok The receptionist quickly collect the amount and just after that dissapeared and reception was closed. He knew exactly what could have been happened. We've got the the room which was full of cigarettes "flavour" even we ordered non-smoking room. Never take room with "street view" in this hotel - not only because of the cars but also because of the night club. Both of them makes your sleep completely impossible - in fact the very interesting, sometimes completely drunked, persons had the whole night hughe party directly in front of your window. There were shouting and had a very nice time. Interesting introduction to visit the Kristallwelten next day. Full size disaster. |

Probably just the cost of the room at the facilities provided. Yup.They could have had atleast one member of staff who knew English which would enable us to convey what is required and for other tourists.Not evreyone might know German.Also if the room could have been a li'l more spacious. |

An easy walk from the railway and very close to the Swarovski Kristallwelten. Nice building, close to the mountains, beautiful views. Very friendly and kind manageress. There were no single rooms available, but I had a double and paid only 40 euros, which was extremely good value. I would not recommend staying here on a Saturday night if you are a light sleeper. There is a disco from 10.00 until 6.00 in the morning. On Sunday evening, however, it was very peaceful. |

Nothing special to mention reception is only open at 4:00PM -10:00PM. If you arriv somewhere in afternoon then there is no one . Breakfast was also not so good |

un hotel tranquilo sin muchos ruidos con camas muy comodas y limpias y tiene hasta una nevera pequeña. que no tiene habitaciones para fumadores y tienes que irte al balcon con el frio que hace. |

La camera è gradevole, nell'insieme il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Il bagno è un po' piccolo soprattutto il lavandino è minuscolo, al punto che riesce difficile lavarsi. La tv in camera non funziona. |

amplasamentul pitoresc,arhitectura tiroleza,curatenia exemplara,linistea specifica zonei,culorile naturale si starea a tot ce inseamna amenajare si intretinere a ambientului exterior. recomandarea mea pentru mai multe hoteluri este dotarea cu sisteme satelit pentru programe TV;dealtfel acest aspect este singurul care lasa de dorit chiar la hoteluri de 4 stele.Innsbruk este la 10 min cu masina. |

het was een goede plek voor doorreis naar Italie. de kamers waren eenvoudig maar schoon en netjes. het restaurant bij het hotel was erg goed (thais), en ook het ontbijt was prima. |
