Everything was perfect!
Everything. Pity we didn't get to stay longer. Will definitely return.
Room was very hot (stayed in August). Putting it down to the spa/sauna in the hotel. It was the only complaint.
glassdoor to the WC
The lady on reception and at breakfast was so polite and friendly. Very helpful and even warned us in advance regarding building work nearby. Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location.
Nothing at all.
We were given a warm welcome after our long journey. The hotel was quiet and clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, with a full choice. Would definitely stay here again.
Our satnav took us all over the place before we managed to find the hotel. Not the hotel's fault of course!
Stylish and tidy rooms, very nice staff. Location is great: only 2 min from ski lifts, rental and ski school, skibus stop (5 min to Main Bus terminal). And just 10 min walk to SPA center. We we had our own kitchen in the room and didn't have breakfast (therefore can not say anything reg. food quality).
It is a bit away from bars and clubs, so you would need to walk for ca 20-30 min - but this wasn't really a problem for us ;)
Excellent staff and very clean and modern accommodation right next to the Nasserein Lift. Apartment was really well equipped and the spa was a welcome treat after a long day of skiing.
Rooms were a bit small but very modern furniture and the apartment was fully equipped so overall it made up for the small size
Great location, comfy beds, good kitchenette, all round jolly pleasant
Location to lifts is prefect and only a 5 minute walk up to the main pedestrian area for the bars and restaurants.
In a town of fairly high-priced lodging, this presented a new and reasonably priced option with good location and modern, but alpine, decor. We did not need parking but anyone who does would be delighted to find their wonderful big lot right behind the hotel.
Would have liked a sitting area with fireplace. Perhaps eventually they will find a way to have their lovely breakfast room do double duty as a lounge.
Our experience at the Alpeneleben hotel couldn't be better. We've stayed for a week in a very nice and spacious studio with great mountain views. The service we've got was really good and the same we'd have had if we stayed in one of the hotel rooms - the studio was thoroughly cleaned every day. The owner of the Hotel is really kind and concerned with the well-being of its guests and all the staff was extremely helpful and always available. Not to mention the fact that we're 2 minutes’ walk from the ski gondola. I sincerely recommend this hotel and I'm sure that in my next trip to St Anton we'll stay here again. We'd really a great time and a great stay in this nice and new hotel.
Close to the skischool area and lift. Brand new hotel. Friendly staff.
No bath, only shower!
The rooms are spacious, modern, decorated with very good taste and very clean. The bathroom was large and functional. Everthing is well thought through in the appartment! The sauna is the best i've seen for this size of a hotel. The location is perfect (ski in / right near one of the main cable cars of the resort and at the begnning of pedestrian main street).
nothing - everything was perfect!
The hotel is only about a year old and is therefore very fresh. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We thought we booked a Studio but apperently it was a double room. But is was no problem to change, maybe also because it was the off season. We lived in a "Studio" (apartment with kitchen) and really liked the room layout, the facilities and appliances included in the room. The hotel also has a relax department in the basement including two saunas (60c and 85c) and a UV-"sauna". And three different showers, including one very cold waterfall type shower which was very refreshing after 30 min in the 85c sauna. There is also a small gym. It's about a 5 min walk from the hotel to the village center and skilifts.
If there is one thing we did not like (and really it's something we can live without) was an oven in the Studio. We bought some food that was suppose the be cooked in an oven and when we noticed there was no oven we had to use a frying pan. But no big deal, everything worked out in the end.
Everything was perfect. We were very satisfied. A cosy spacious apartment for fair price worth 4 stars or even more.. Helpful owner - landlady.
