Cancellation

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Plenty of natural light, warmth and harmonious colour schemes within the rooms add to the relaxed atmosphere, along with the fully-equipped spacious kitchenettes that are ideal for those traditional family meals around the table.
Traditional alpine décor with locally sourced wood and particular attention to detail create the perfect environment in which to enjoy those precious holidays in the mountains.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with bed linen, towels, dishcloths, crockery, cutlery, coffeemaker and kettle. For additional facilities please consult the individual room descriptions.
Change of sheets every Saturday.
Change of towels every Tuesday and Saturday.
In winter Obergurgl is a true paradise for skiers and snowboarders. There are 110 km of slopes, including 90 km with snow cannons, stretching between 1,800 and 3,080 metres above sea level. There are 22 modern ski lifts, and a snow cover is guaranteed between mid-November and early May. Skiing is free for children up to 8 years of age, and there are reductions up to 16 years.
End-cleaning charges for the apartments are as follows:
B-1, C-1, D-1, D-6: EUR 50
B-2, C-2, D-2, D-5, D-7: EUR 40
D-3: EUR 60
B-3, D-4: EUR 70
Extra beds can be provided in the apartments upon request.
Late arrival:
All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving later than 18:00.

We loved it! when we were booking the cheapest room, we couldnt find any pictures and only found out that there wont be windows, so we were not expecting too much, and could only repeat WOW when we were there. Very friendly staff, they gave 2 of us 4-persons room (partly closed) just to meet our wish to have a bathtub! The room was really amazing, wood, spacious, clean. It was more like appartment, but still we got every once in a while clean towels. Using garage No windows to see the weather in the morning, but the weather was always good:) |

Il mini appartamento molto grazioso e curato bene a parte la moquette... Il pagamento in contanti mentre pensavo venisse addebitato su carta d credito e la tipa si è molto seccata - seconda cosa ho cercato un hotel dove poter portare la cagnolina ed alla fine mi ha fatto pagare in + x il cane e mi ha spiegato ke d solito nn prendono cani!!! Roba da matti!!! altra cosa la moquette.... |

Fint hotel, fina omgivningar. Priset, missvisande information, även fast vi städade rummet och gjorde i ordning efter oss efter uppsatta regler så fick vi betala städavgiften, det var otroligt dåligt. |
