Very nice hotel, clean, great spa. Wonderful views in a relaxing country setting. Good restaurant, great breakfast. Location was about 2km away from the city, so recommend a car or be prepared for a walk back-and-forth to the city. |

Spa facilities The price of the dinner was way too Expensive. 30€ + drinks is too much! Although the dinner on the 1st evening was good, on the second it was regular quality. |

The food was excellent and the facilities were good. Staff at the reception wasn#t very helpful. They also forgot to book our taxi and we missed our train. :( |

We were made to feel like part of the family. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and all the amenities were excellent. Beautiful location also. The process for using the internet at the hotel was confusing |

L'hôtel est situé dans un cadre agréable. La qualité de la cuisine est satisfaisante (si l'on fait exception du petit déjeuner : jus d'orange coupé à l'eau, les entrées du repas de l'avant veille au soir représentées au petit déjeuner, nappes salles (repas de la veille au soir)). Malgré les 4 étoiles affichées, en réalité cet hôtel mérite à peine 3 étoiles. En résumé : 1) La chambre qui nous a été attribuée pour la première nuit était d'une catégorie inférieure au tarif payé. Les bagages n'ont pas suivi dans la nouvelle chambre, malgré la promesse faite. Pour les 2 nuits suivantes, après réclamation, on nous a attribuée une chambre correspondant au tarif payé. 2) La qualité des services est très insuffisante. On a l'impression de déranger le personnel qui est loin d'être attentionné : temps d'attente excessif pour se voir attribuer une table et se faire servir ensuite. Par contre, certains clients étaient visiblement beaucoup mieux traités. 3) Insonorisation inexistante de la chambre, draps troués... |

Die Lage ist wunderschön, anspruchsvolle Wanderwege in der Nähe, das Dörfchen Söll ist sehr gut zu erreichen und bietet viele nette Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Zum Frühstück gab es aufgebackene Brötchen und noch zum teil gefrorenes Brot. Das Personal war wenig freudlich (man hatte den Eindruck Gäste stören)! Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber aber für 4 Sterne auch zu einfach eingerichtet. |

Het hotel ligt op een fantastische plek Wij sliepen in het gedeelte waar ook de bar was, onze kamer zat boven de bar. Aangezien wij op doorreis waren naar Italie en de muziek en het gezang van de gasten om 03.30 uur ophield hebben wij helaas weinig geslapen. |

Fremragende beliggenhed med en fantastisk udsigt, når det altså ikke regner, som det gjorde fra vi kom til vi tog afsted. Værelse 110, som vi havde, er et udmærket værelse, men man kan undre sig over, at det separate toiletrum ikke er forsynet med en håndvask? Det virker ærlig talt ikke særlig hygiejnisk! |

Wir waren der Meinung im Alpen Schlössl gebucht zu haben, wurden aber an den Agerhof weitergereicht (das Preisangebot hätte mich stutzig machen sollen, doch unsere Buchung war kurzfristig u. schnell), deshalb kann ich nur den Agerhof beurteilen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr rustikal, mit herrlicher Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Anlage ist wunderbar gepflegt. Sehr schön ein kl. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir mit unserem Gepäck nach langer Anreise 15 Minuten unbeachtet an der Rezeption standen, bis die Dame des Empfanges ihre Unterhaltung mit Gästen an der Bar unterbrach und uns die Schlüssel überreichte. Nicht gefallen haben uns die Badezimmer. Die Badewanne im einen Zimmer u. Dusche im anderen Zimmer werden von einem schwarzen Rand umkreist (Schimmel? |

Hotel personeel was zeer vriendelijk en erg attent. Hotel bestond uit meerdere gedeelten en wij zaten in een bij gebouw, waarvan de kamers eenvoudig waren, maar wel schoon !!! niet van toepassing |

De bediening door het personeel. Kwaliteit van de kamer was beneden 4 sterren. Waarschijnlijk een oude kamer gekregen doordat we maar 1 nacht geboekt hebben. Daarnaast moesten we voor 1/2 uur deelname aan het buffet met 3 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen 120 euro afrekenen. Een extra bedje voor een kind van 3 werd ook als volledig extra bed berekend. |

Der Weg vom Zimmer (Agerhof) zum Hallenbad kann man im Bademantel nicht gehen, weil es in dem unterirdischem Gang zu kalt ist. Man kann zwar Bademäntel leihen aber keine Badeschlappen leihen oder kaufen. |
