All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The pool is pretty big and warm. The Saturday evening buffet dinner was fantastc! Great selection and delicious food! The front desk staff, bartender and Food/Bev. director were very nice to our family. By staying at this hotel you get a Stubai Card which permits you to get reduced ski passes in the area- a nice benefit. Great views from room balcony and dining room. They need a better fitness room and better towels for pool/sauna use. Internet at 10 euros per hour is very expensive! Waffles or french toast at breakfast would be nice addition but breakfast was still great. |

部屋から眺める谷の景色は信じられないくらい美しかった。季節が良かったというのもあるのでしょうが。スタ- ッフが客の名前をきちんと把握しているのが素晴らしい。 ドアの開き閉めの音がうるさいのがちょっと気になった。 |

Byl jsem spokojený s přístupem zaměstnanců a s nabízenými službami. Dostupnost hotelu je dobrá a rád kdykoliv přijedu při cestě na Stubai opět. |

Прекрасный отель с очень доброжелательным персоналом. Хороший спа-комплекс (австрийцы ходят в сауну голыми, будте к этому готовы ;)) Отмечали там НГ - был супер вкусный ужин и отличный фейрверк. Вообще можно рекомендовать покупку дополнительных ужинов на месте - готовят хорошо. До горы как и до инсбрука по 17 км, так что без арендованной машины там делать нечего. в вечернее время были проблемы с горячей водой. wifi работает только в баре основного корпуса. Дополнительные детские кровати в номере не очень удобны. Для взрослых - без претензий. И еще там не было ни одного русскоязычного человека, что следует записать в плюсы :) |
