Spa Breakfast Rooms were big Smoking allowed in bar and reception which was very heavy and unwelcoming for non-smokers. Main course food was of poor quality. Service in restaurant was very slow and some staff had a bad attitude.

Staff was very helpful, rooms were comfortable. Nice breakfast, dinner was good. Pool area was clean and good for kids. The smoke in the bar. The hotel lost a lot of money with us not spending time in the bar due to the smoke. We chose to drink elsewhere because we did not like the smoke.

Sa situation Pas digne d'un **** ! moquette défraichie , restauration moyenne, accueil peu chaleureux......c'est un hotel des années 70 , vieillot et en plus ça sent la cigarette dans kes chambres !!!C'est une usine pour Touristes et en plus ils se permettent de nous facturer chaque caraffe d'eau 1,50€ ;;;;;C'est la première fois depuis que je vais en Autriche avoir été si déçu.

Ruime kamer, goed onderhouden, valt niets aan op te merken, zeer goede matras, mooie douche. Personeel zeer vriendelijk Wat er ons echt tegenviel en ook bij vele andere mensen was dat het hotel volzat met vliegen, we konden onmogelijk gezellig aan tafel gaan. Het was echt niet te doen, zowel in de bar als bij het ontbijt. Er waren zelfs mensen die een vliegenmepper bij zich hadden.

- Rooms were spacious and well suited for family with children - Clean - Generous food portions (we had breakfast and dinner included in our pricing) - Not very convenient location for skiiing - need a car or take bus to the lifts (definitely not ski-in-and-out hotel)

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal An der Bar wurde sehr viel geraucht; es gab keinen getrennten Raucher - nicht-Raucher Bereich. Das Essen war gut, jedoch die vegetarischen Gerichte waren qualitativ wesentlich schlechter als die vorgeschlagenen Speisen mit Fleisch/Fisch (wenig frisches Gemüse oder zu lange gekocht)

The hotel is great for families. The staff members are friendly. Even non-smoking rooms are smoke filled every evening due to heavy cigarette smoking in the fireplace lounge/bar area. Food is mediocre. The charge for tap water with dinner (1.50 Euro) seems petty after spending several thousand euros at the hotel for a week long holiday.

L'accueil à 23 h après 970 km éreintants ! Je n'y ai fait que passer pour l'étape car j'apprécie Alpbach. Hôtel à recommander.
