This farmhouse enjoys a quiet location in the Semmering region, offering panoramic views of the Rax and Schneeberg mountains. All apartments have a balcony and offer free Wi-Fi. The spacious apartments at the Althammerhof are decorated with traditional furniture. They feature a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a living room with fireplace and satellite TV. The beds are covered with sheep’s wool linen. The Althammerhof breeds sheep and sells many sheep products, including meat, cheese and wool. Homemade bread and fruit juices are also available. Many hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby. Free private parking is available at the Althammerhof. The Semmering ski area is 12 km away, and the S6 motorway is 8 km away. 4 friends stayed in an apartment to go skiing/snowboarding. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and includes all kitchen amenities. The owner even gave us a welcome shot of their gold medal winning homemade schnapps! :) A little off from the main part as it is up in the mountain, but it provided for great views.

Very nice people, very tasty self made products, very good individual service. It is more convenient to go there by car, because the nearest mounting and ski lift is in 12 km, and a lot of other places to visit in distance of 10-20km.

Gyönyörű alpesi környezet, tisztaság, kedves családi szállás. Jól felszerelt, tágas apartman. Elsőre nehéz odatalálni autóval, éjszaka vagy ködben szinte lehetetlen...
