Quite friendly and helpful receptionists, ready for help with tourist info, transport facilities and so on.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy access to bus routes which connect to train stations. Breakfast was good as well (European style). They have a great coffee machine which provides hot cocoa :) Will visit again, if in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff, free WiFi, good transport links into the city. Big room and comfy bed.

Breakfast was fine but a little sparse for choice. Maybe add coisants or a hot choice?

(Cute place- small but for sleeping and a shower it's great (no tub The staff speaks english very well, nice and helpfull. The rooms are cleaned daily. Includes tv, vault and most importantly- wireless services for free. Breakfest is spartan- so don't expect more than slightly stale rolls, two kinds of cereal, yellow cheese and ham. It was enough for me...

The biggest disedvantage is the distance from the city. From the hotel to the train station you have to take a bus. It is only a ten min drive - but is comes only 2-3 time an hour. The bus stop is a few steps awat from the hotel and goes until quit late at night. The train station is a few min away from the train ststion. So all in all- it's about a 40 min. Drive. I found it a waste of time to go in the middle of the day back to the hotel for a rest- so I stayed out all day long- which was kind of tiering, but still I think that the price difference was worse the extra shlep.

Nice place

Outstanding value and very friendly staff. It is located in Leising, Austria which is a hidden jewel. The Promanade winds around a local river/creek and is Monet beautuful. It is a chraming little town, worth visiting in it's own right. For those visiting from the airport, take the CAT train (9 euro's) and then purchase a 1-7 day pass at one of the vending machines in the station where the CAT arrives. If going to Leising, take the S9 train to Modling, getting off in Leising. Then take the 253 or 254 bus to the Hotel Altman.
