Friendly, very helpful staff; spacious room with nice decor and good supply of hot water; good lighting in room; plenty of extra bedding available in wardrobe if needed; good sized TV screen in room; quiet but central location; excellent self-service continental breakfast; evening use of sauna; hotel bar available but did not use; provision of free city map was useful; free use of internet; It was mostly very good - the mattress looked a bit thin and bumpy but we both slept very well. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Innsbruck.

The hotel locates very close to city center and shopping street. And the hotel offers private parking and free of charge. It is really very convenient for tourist with car.

Pleasant, convient with very responsive and helpful staff especially the front desk. The bath/shower in our room was cramped with a slippery bathtub. Otherwise an excellent facility.

We liked the close proximity to the train station, the view of the mountains, the price, and the WiFi availability. The breakfast was very good as well. The only thing we didn't like was the strong odour of cigarette smoke in the evenings.

Extremely helpful staff. The Hotel's Classic furniture was very awe inspiring. Bathroom was pure luxury. Ample room space. Breakfast good. Free Wifi xcellent. Getting around tips provided by the Hotel staff ( one Mr Constantine ! ) proved to be very helpful. --- Pretty neat experience -----

The staff was multilingual, friendly and helpful. The hotel is non- smoking, and the room and all common areas smelled fresh -- no cigarette or other unpleasant odors. The room (104) was recently renovated and had very comfortable beds and fresh and clean smelling linen. There was plenty of hot water. The hotel a 15 minute walk to the Bahnhof and 15 minutes to old town. Double windows screen the street noise very well. The breakfast is a typical European buffet and is ample. A coffee machine provides excellent coffee of your choice. There is internet access and a computer in the common room for people not carrying a laptop. The windows had to be closed at night because of the street noise. Since there is no air conditioning, this could be a problem in hot weather.

Great location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the usual facilities of a hotel available (except an in-room fridge). One particular staff member needs to smile more :) Fridge in the room would be nice.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Althoughthe hotel is a little way out from the rail station and the attractions, the walk to it from the station through the stadtpark is very attractive. The room was very noisy because one window was not double glazed and it overlooked two bars in the same street. Other rooms in this hotel may not share this fault.

A nice hotel with good location, just 10 minutes walk from the city center. Stuff is very friendly and speak multiple languages. Parking is free but limited slots, so it can be fully occupied if you drive late and hotel is fully booked this day.

The staff was very helpful. They will make any arrangements for you, be it shows, rides, etc. They speak excellent English. The reception is open 24 hours and so is the bar. It is a short walk to the old town center.

It was very charming with a well-appointed room for 4 people. The parking was free and it was walking distance from the city center. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast was very nice and served in a room with original woodworking and leaded glass windows. It was lovely! We will return in the future!

The Altpradl had nice rooms with a helpful staff and a decent breakfast. The location at the outskirts of Innsbruck was convenient and quiet. I would definitely recommend the Altpradl as a great combination of cost/convenience/comfort.
