Quiet neighborhood but quite a way from central attractions, will need taxi or car to do anything. Entire first floor smells of heavy smoke but rooms are well ventilated.

I liked the location which was a 10 minutes walk from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. Also the breakfast was of a good quality and variety.

The smell of smoke throughout the hotel, like it's embedded it the carpets. The internet connection was not working in all the hotel floors as advertised (the top ones could' t get any signal) so we had to go downstairs.

We were a family of four (2 adults and children 15 and 8) and were very pleased with the room. There was no air conditioning, but that was expected. The breakfast provided was very good and well maintained. The staff worked with us after one of our bags was missing in Munich and they made sure it was there when we returned our first day. We were there five nights and enjoyed our stay. It was about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the old town area. The Family Room was perfect size for us, especially considering how many other hotels had a problem with 4 people in a room.

There is a bar/pub about 100 m from the hotel that stays open till after 11 pm and that could be problematic for some, but we were so tired from enjoying the city that we hardly noticed.

The quad-room appeared to be unused for some time. It had a musty smell. The tap needs servicing. It didn't work very well. The double-room was not musty but was rather small.

We used the hotel only for sleeping, so it was overall ok. Breakfast was good.

This is a very good hotel, breakfast included, free parking, free internet and closer to the old downtown.

The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. Although the shower could have done with a shower curtain as we did get quite a bit of water on the floor each morning. Easy wander into the historic centre (15mins)

It was a pleasant 10 minute walk into the centre of innsbruck - and the room was spacious enough to acomodate my husband and I and two small children.

As soon as you entered the lobby it smelt heavily of smoke - which was off putting. The Breakfast was adequate if not a little on the cheap side. Bathroom clean but very dated
