Comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Only a 15 minute walk to either the main train station or the old city. Although the price was reasonable, this hotel may be slightly overpriced for the value. This is minor, however.

Location, close to Old Town. Tiny room, squeaking floor, luck of ventilation, both in the room and bathroom. Door to the bathroom not locking, hair dryer not working, shower drain blocked! Advertised 'satellite tv' with German language channels only!

-The location is very nice. It is within a 3-minute walk to a mall. And 15-minute walk to the main City Center. -The room's furniture is ok for the price we payed. -Toilet is in good shape. -Free Parking is a bonus -There was internet Access in our 3rd floor but it was too slow, same thing for the internet in the lobby. -Breakfast was below average. Boiled eggs only (no scrambled). Only pork meats, no turkey or chicken. some bread and cheese and coffe.

Good bar facility. Easy 15 minute walk to old town. Close public transport if needed. Excellent large modern shopping centre just a couple of minutes away. Good buffet breakfast. No English speaking tv. Inadequate pillow & inability to get a second one. Very creaky bed with wooden base.

Excellent staff, very good facilities in case you plan to ski. Not far from city center (15 minutes on foot). Would definitely come back. Sound isolation could be a bit better.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Altpradl in Innsbruck. It was very clean & comfortable. It was well-situated, and within walking distance of a playground, & the "Old Town". We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to friends.

Staff was very kind and helpfull. We were checking out early in the morning (6am) and they made us a sandwich and gave us an apple. Location. 10 minute walf from HBF. Nothing.

The breakfast is as good as it seems. And the reception guy(young, male) is very helpful and gives us many hints on our travel. The reception guy(female, in the evening) is not so agile. She didn't accept the price on the booking unless we booked online at the hotel.

Stay with 2 children, booked room for 4 pax, got family room with 2 rooms (one for children + one for adults), very resonable price, free wi-fi, good breakfast, 15 min walk to the center the door to bathroom was without lock, could just close the door, but not lock

Complimentary breakfast was excellent; the wifi signal and strength were good and staff very nice. The sat tv was all in German language and therefore as an English speaker of little value.

The hotel was safe and secure. The staff were friendly,helpful and spoke English.The breakfast room was well-organised and clean and the choice of food was excellent. Everything about the hotel was pleasant.It was quiet which is essential in my opinion. I would stay again. Perhaps there could be an English channel on the tv for news/interest as my German isn't very good. Perhaps there could be a machine in the foyer from which to buy mineral water or fruit juice. However these are minor points.Without them, I would return.

Reception open 24 hours every day. A good breakfast choice: juices, bread rolls, bread, etc. hams, cheeses, jams etc., good coffee. Nothing missing. Nothing. This was my second stay.
