Non-standard, non-chain atmosphere - quirky but interesting: those coloured figures in the corridors! Excellent breakfasts. Silly basin taps - form ahead of function. Air-con cut off whilst still too hot - 22 degrees C is too hot for comfortable sleep. |

The spacious rooms were great you really feel that you can come back and relax after a long day sight seeing. The breakfast is great and they even do perfect soft boiled eggs. Not to mention the relaxing tea and cakes served in the afternoon. The clientel were vast and varied so it would suit anyone visiting vienna and is not far to walk to all the major sights. No kettle in the room to have a cup of tea. But there were facilities for afternoon tea. |

Very spacious and unique rooms. Attracts a very pleasant and generally refined clientele. The staff were very helpful and accommodating of requests.Don't stay here for the facilities or services. Stay here for the unique experience. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It's an amazing experience. It's just expensive. You are paying for the experience. |

This hotel is not state of the art in the sense that e.g. all furniture is new, but it has such a charm, the staff was so nice and the whole experience was so good, that I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I will be in Vienna again. I asked for a quiet room and got one that was really quiet. Bed was excellent, breakfast was also really good. Highly recommended! |

Loved the room - 2 bedroom apartment and the style of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent Felt other guests did not like us having our children there, The smoking room could still be smelt from the other shared rooms |

The staff were terrific, and very accommodating. It is far away from the subway station. The room we got looked nothing like the room advertised on the Internet, but it was comfortable and clean. |

Hotel staff extrememly helpful and friendly. On our check in Elizabeth showed us all the facilites and made us feel at home.Afternoon tea and cake was served in dining room every day, lovely to come home to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Otto's wonderful and beautiful hotel. |

Attentive staff, decreet service, wonderful breakfast selection. Hard noisy floor in the bedroom. Prefer carpet. Bath small, shower position wrong with relation to shower screen. |
