We liked the welcome and assisstance we got from the owners and receptionist and the proximity from the alstadt.. The early check out off 11am .The rooms need some black-outs . I would suggest they change to bigger TV's. |

The staff were very hlepful and friendly. It was easy to walk to most spots of interest for the average tourist. Breakfast was great! parking was easy at nearby garage. Becasue it is in a pedestrain zone, had to drive car up very narrow street ot drop off bags, then park. Needed to drive up onto curb to avoid scraping other cars!! Still manageable though if you know what to expect. as mentioned, driving car up to door a bit of a tight squeeze, but could do it carefully. just dont rent a large car for anywhere in Europe!! |

Comfortable, very quiet room at the back with pleasant balcony. The owners and staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and there were sufficient tables unlike a recent experience in Paris where we had to wait. Hotel in excellent position for seeing the sights of Salzburg on foot. Bathroom rather small but acceptable and typical of this type of hotel. |

Our hosts were just so lovely and attentive; very happy to assist with our questions. Booking of local tours is done from the hotel which is a great time saver! Free internet access also a welcome bonus. Breakfast is a huge event with more than enough on offer! Comfortable and value for money accommodation just a short stroll from the river and sight seeing attractions. Just a suggestion: a small bar fridge in the room would be very useful for keeping drinks or a snack cold. |

The hotel was charming. Really felt like you were in Austria and not some junked up tourist trap. The owners were wonderful people. Lot of street noise, especially on Saturday night. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep with the windows open. |

The staff were very friendly, accomodating our late arrival and helping with our queries. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the ample breakfasts and the good humour with which they were served. |

The hotel proprietors, Silvia and Giovanni, are delightful people who welcome guests with their charm and enjoyable personalities. Their extensive knowledge of the sights and sounds available in Salzburg is impressive. The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, front desk area and especially in the breakfast nook. A fun place to stay and enjoy the unique characteristics of a small family-operated hotel. |

This hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance for the new and old towns.The room was clean if a little small. Your website indicate that no food would be served at this hotel, yet breakfast was avilable. A small alcove behind the bed did not allow one to sit upright on the bed. There were more "no" notices here than other hotel we have stay. Like most hotels in europe, there were no tea or coffee making facilities.A Clock, near, in the town struck at each 1/4 hour from 0600 to midnight. |

The Hotel is well located o the Old City and a lot of Great eating places in Salzburg. The personal service of the owners is not to be dismissed and their knowledge of "their" city and the tours and options available just adds to the pleasure of the stay. |

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, ottima posizione dell'hotel per visitare salisburgo, in 5 minuti sei in centro! Camera ok, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale parla italiano e vi fornirà tutte le info e anche la cartina per visitare la città, La salzsburg card (molto conveniente) la si potrà acquistare direttamente in albergo. Possibilità di fare colazione in albergo...ma noi ci siamo sempre gustati delle ottime colazioni per il centro di salisburgo. Parcheggio gratuito non disponibile. Prezzo del Mirabel parking 30 euro per due giorni. |
