It is nice and clean, easy to reach in the center of the city the hotel is located in the center, facing the main road, because of that, you can be disturbed by the street noises. |

Don't let the first appearance fool you - it is a lovely hotel, clean, well run and welcoming. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine and served in a sunny atmosphere. Very good value for money. |

very near to the city center, very friendly people. we have a dog so they give us a room little and we did not pay for the dog. delicious breakfast i don't think it's a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 star. not all the rooms are renovated. |

The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic! On the website it's written that massages are avaiable, I asked the reception but they told me that they do not do massages. Of all the facilities I read on the website, only the sauna and the wellness center are avaiable in site. I think all the other facilities are outside the Hotel. |

This hotel is really nice location, also very comfortable. Unfortunately, there are no restaurant in the hotel (only bar). So sombody told that this hotel should not be 4 star hotel, but we enjoyed! |

personal sehr freundlich, das hotel macht einen gemütlichen eindruck die zimmereinrichtung dürfte aus den 60ern stammen und war absolut kein standard! ein kleines einzelbett (zi114) mit durchgelegener matratze!! Für dieses Geld bekommt mann in anderen hotels ein neues zimmer mit kingsize betten |

Lage nahe Congress-Center bzw. Bahnhof, Altstadt zu Fuß über Draubrücke gut erreichbar; Zimmer nicht wirklich 4-Sternniveau(etwas zu teuer dafür) aber für 2-3 Tage o.k.; Frühstück war gut bis auf den Cafe (sehr schwach); Hotel hat eine lange Familiengeschichte - ist in vielen Bildern in Gängen erzählt das Bad könnte sauberer sein - Toilettengeruch war störend; Zimmer etwas hellhörig, die Classic-Zimmer mit z.T. altem Mobiliar u. Heizkörper, Teppichböden weniger sauber- Geruch im Zimmer; Bett (gute Matratze), TV, Bad waren aber neuwertig |

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, der Fauteuil mit dem Tisch konnte ich am Abend gut zu Arbeiten verwenden. Das Bad: sehr groß.Das Frühstücksbuffet: sehr gut Der Fernseher an der Wand hing etwas zu hoch. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Zimmersafe. |
