It is very close to the city centre, yet in a quite area. When I booked, through booking.com, I asked specifically a family room in order to have three separated beds (which was advertised as possible). When we got there they didn't know about my request and they didn't bother to solve the problem. |

entrance small with no regular staff and smoky bar, on first view of the bedroom big and spacious and newly decorate, but became aware of damp smell which caused me to have asthma attack, totally overpriced.went to holiday inn in villach for 20 euros extra and it was fantastic. |

The hotel was located in the centre of the city so it was very close to the main promenade and the river. Unfortunately the smell in the bathroom was unbearable. The room was rather small for three person so the window. |

It is nice and clean, easy to reach in the center of the city the hotel is located in the center, facing the main road, because of that, you can be disturbed by the street noises. |

Don't let the first appearance fool you - it is a lovely hotel, clean, well run and welcoming. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine and served in a sunny atmosphere. Very good value for money. |

very near to the city center, very friendly people. we have a dog so they give us a room little and we did not pay for the dog. delicious breakfast i don't think it's a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 star. not all the rooms are renovated. |

The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic! On the website it's written that massages are avaiable, I asked the reception but they told me that they do not do massages. Of all the facilities I read on the website, only the sauna and the wellness center are avaiable in site. I think all the other facilities are outside the Hotel. |

This hotel is really nice location, also very comfortable. Unfortunately, there are no restaurant in the hotel (only bar). So sombody told that this hotel should not be 4 star hotel, but we enjoyed! |

Een kamer met jacuzzi is zeker de moeite waard. Mooi ingericht hotel, gezellig en netjes. Het bevindt zich op loop afstand van het treinstation en het centrum.Tevens zit er naast het hotel een zeer goede ijssalon. |
