All staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and attended to any requests promptly. Room was quiet, and a very satisfying buffet breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room. Afternoon tea available for anyone wishing it. Lift services all floors. An excellent location to both new and old towns.

There was a dog in an adjacant room that whinged when it was left alone, but was perfectly quiet when its owners were present. And maintenance in the room was not perfect: safe had to be reset (battery flat), shower head only operable at a lower level, no plug in handbasin (grill had been removed), and bed light only operable with a fragment of cord.

Great service and great breakfast! The history of the building itself is fasinating. Loved it!

The rooms were beautiful - a good size and layout with lovely decor and very clean. Super staircase! Very yummy breakfasts - I couldn't get over the selection of delicious breads! The staff were all very helpful and efficient.

The rooms a little too warm at nights and found ourselves opening the window in the middle of winter, which seemed shameful! A few more teabags and milk in the room would have been very welcome - the English are great tea drinkers and get withdrawal symptoms pretty rapidly!

Lovely hotel located in the most charming area of Salzburg - very close to the city centre, but off the crowds of tourists. Excellent breakfast and nicely decorated rooms, very helpful hotel staff. Lots of perfect places for culinary experience of traditional Austrian cuisine in the neighbourhood.

Lovely location on a pleasant street just outside the old town. Rooms were pretty and the breakfast was fresh.

There was no door on our bathroom which isn't easy if you are traveling with friends. The hotel it situated next to a cathederal so you will be hearing the bell every 15 minutes.

No front desk help from 6pm - 7 am. Internet did not work at all for wireless on our laptop...inconsistently with lobby terminal...was told that a cab could get us to the train station in 10 minutes. We allowed 22 and we missed our train. Very disappointing...to pay for a taxi and not get to the station on time.

La petite terasse qui donne sur le cimetière au grand calme en fin de journée, soleil couchant ... dommage qu'elle ne soit pas mieux "équipée"

Le bruit : chambre donnant sur la rue piétonne, fenêtres très mal insonorisée (biens que double fenêtres), passage le soir + bar, passage la nuit, cloches de l'église la matin à 6h30. La salle de petit déjeuner : autant les chambres semblent bien aménagées et sobrement décorées autant les couleurs et le déco de la salle de petit déj (bleu turquoise, faux cuir, têtes de cerfs en métal) et l'éclairage sont absolument horribles !

Es ist so laut Fenster undicht und keine minute geschlafen eine kirche USt. Direckt neben an und gegenüber eine bar mit lauter Musik .:-(

Hübscher Frühstücksraum, ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet mit guten Backwaren, geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage für Spaziergänge in der Natur oder Geschäftebummel, sowie für den Besuch von Abendveranstaltungen. Sehr zentrale Lage für alle Unternehmungen. Im Hotel selber ging es ruhig zu.

отель находится в центре города на пешеходной улице. до вокзала 30 минут пешком. мы бронировали стандартный номер, но девушка на рецепшен, увидев что мы с ребенком (3 года), поселила нас в двухкомнатный огромный номер, т.к. он был свободен.

очень средний завтрак. в номере не работал ни один телевизор. старое здание около кладбища (мне было жутковато).

Das Hotel Amadeus hat uns wegen seiner rustikalen Ausstattung begeistert. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist leicht Antik und sehr heimelig, der Service ist zudem sehr familiär. Fantastisch ist die Lage im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich der Linzergasse unweit der Altstadt (5 Gehminuten) direkt neben St. Sebastian und dennoch ein bisschen aus dem Trubel raus.
