La ubicación, las habitaciones eran comodas y el servicio. Pedimos 2 habitaciones dobles comunicadas y nos dieron 1 habitacion con 2 cuartos y con un solo servicio. |

the most awful place during my 2 week's stay in Europe.one of the staff who treated us like no experience of speaking English. Room is unexpectedly big but awfully old. The curtain can't cover the window,made us all night feel unsafe,even more when showering! And we saw the most ridiculous small and thin quilts in bed! My husband even caught slightly cold! |

Cheerful friendly hotel. Great staff and location. Liked the old fashioned romantic HOTEL.Excellent breakfast. Outstanding coffee- nespresso machine. Wow!!would stay here again! The showerhead was faulty. Hot water took a long time to come thru under shower too. The room was too hot and the heating unit was not able to be adjusted.A Few cracked/broken tiles |

the size of our room was wonderful and we did not hear other guests when in our room. The location was also good. it was very noisy outside the hotel with people talking/shouting and the church bells ringing |

The hotel staff were all very friendly and willing to answer any question that we had. We felt that the hotel made every attempt to make us feel "at home" with them. |

The rooms were charming, the breakfast buffet was first class, and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to the sites and shopping. I love church bells, but earplugs would have been helpful. My husband had them and was not disturbed, while I had trouble falling back to sleep after the bells rang at the church next door at 6:00 a.m.! |

Good location. Close to city center, cafes, restaurants, and shops. There is even a church nearby where Mozart's father and wife are buried. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. The single room I lived is small. |
