The staff was very helpfull. The rooms are a bit old. The bathroom(s) were strange. Two bathrooms in the romm. One only had a "old style" toilet, and the other had the rest of the equipment. Also, it was a bit hard to have a nice and stable temperature of the water.

What a value for money hotel! We stayed in the comfortable suit with tranditional European style decoration.Large and clean shower room,lovely garden,tasted breakfast,and especially, the hotel owner Mr. Panus is what a friendly and helpful man!Look forward to Wien again,and staying this wonderful hotel!10minutes walk fm the west station,or you may take metro u6 for one stop only.

I liked the atmosphere of this ancient hotel, which gave me a feeling of comfort and tranquility. History itself is in the air. And the magnificent bathtub in black marble is just super! You are a princess lying in it, expecting a servant with a towel close by. Tv programs are very limited.
