the tram station to center/west station is very near from the hotel.
the smell of the washroom
We had a suite that was excellent. There is a bus from the inner city ring/subway station that drops you few steps from the hotel. The hotel staff should mention this to every guest when they check in. The area is very quiet and safe. There is a grocery store few steps away open till 7pm. Plenty of good restaurants around too if you don't want to dine in the city
Everything was ok, good position, complete breakfast.
No refrigerator in the room.
The triple room was quite large. Bed was fine. The underground station and the famous shopping street were only 10 minutes walking.
Breakfast was fresh and bread was nice. But it had the basics... Wifi was not that good on all areas.
Lighting was dim
Great restaurant, comfortable beds, great staff
The ambiance! Excellent location, very quiet room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast!
The location & staff
This is our third stay and as always the staff were very helpful Breakfast is always plentiful Very well placed to visit the city but also very close to the main station as well Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here
Location was good, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, from freshly made orange juice to lovely crispy bacon and eggs - choice was good. Would stay there again when we next return to Vienna. Many thanks to all staff.
Little garden inside very beautiful
The bathroom ..the shower especially not so practice..
Friendly staff Nice hot water
Room was large, with a view on to the courtyard. The breakfast for 5 Euros was also a great deal. Not very close to the centre of Vienna, but within walking distance to outskirts and a lot of facilities, incl. the train station. Would highly recommend.
Nothing comes to mind.
That it was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the city centre. Had a nice, relaxed atmosphere, with a nice individual feel to it. Pleasingly, it didn't feel at all corporate.
There wasn't much I didn't like. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be good but it's only a minor observation.
We loved the philipino food, the kindness of the staff, and the value of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
However, our first night there we were in a room beside the stairwell and my husband didn't sleep a wink. They moved us to another room on the 2nd floor- and loved it!
- breakfast's available - comfortable bed, good quality sleep - friendly staff - general location is good, 10mins walk to nearest metro station
- smoking permitted in courtyard, all rooms can smell the cigarette smoke, not good for people with sensitive airways - weak Wi-Fi, need to be close to the window facing courtyard to get better signals - the walk to/from metro station is safe but very quiet at night
A relatively small hotel with a homely atmosphere and friendly staff, located in an unpretentious street, offering excellent breakfast and delicious Filipino dishes for lunch or dinner.
Can't think of anything.
The hotel is beautifully laid out around a central courtyard, where we were able to have breakfast on our last day (it was raining the other days). The breakfast was great value - €3 per day- usual cereals, breads, cheeses etc plus eggs and bacon. Our room was a non-smokers' room so didn't have a balcony-if you want a balcony you should get a smokers' room. The area around the hotel is great for restaurants and bars-great choice of cuisines, prices are much lower than the centre and they're nowhere near as touristy. The hotel has a restaurant serving Phillipino food, which we'd hoped to try, but didn't get round to. Hotel bar looks friendly and quite busy although we didn't try it. Transport to the city centre from around the corner (if you have change you can buy ticket on tram). Interesting 'alternative' shops nearby.
Only very little things - eg no fridge in room, no drawers or shelf space for books.
The outdoor terrace is excellent
Friendly welcome, comfortable apartment, delicious food in restaurant. Easy to catch tram to centre, or walk as we also did a couple of times.
The courtyard was a bit noisy but that was because many locals enjoy the great location & food available there. Very quiet once it closed - about 10pm.
Everything, this place is reaaaally great, hard to find at first time, but then everything is great i enjoy a lot the place! The staff if reeeally nice!
As i said is a little complicated to find.(or for me at least it was)
Breakfast is excellent. The staff is attentive and nice. Close to an Underground stop.
The bathroom in our room was small. No electric kettle.
The group of people in the yard yelling till the late night.
Friendly helpful service. Loan of bicycles and adjustment service to ensure bike was suited for you.
Near to the railway station but slightly too far to the Danue. Would have liked more variety on the dining menu, necessary if staying many days.
Very charming hotel in one of the most lively district of Vienna, good breakfast and very useful new bikes available!
