The combination of the hotel's picturesque location, modern design, and warm atmosphere. Most of all, however, I truly enjoyed the unique service and true hospitality of the personnel. Sir Josef did a great investment on keeping his guests happy! |

Everything, this is a fantastic place to stay. The couple that own the hotel are marvelous individuals, they really enjoy what they do and that you stay in their hotel. I do not have enough words to express my satisfaction with everything this hotel has to offer. The owner was extremely courteous with all of us, especially to my 4 year old son. You are sure to feel at home from the moment you arrive until you leave. We highly recommend this hotel. No, everything was great. |

We loved the courtesy of the staff, the location is the best right in the city center and the room's design was fascinating. I'd recommend it to all staying in this wonderful city!!! |

Staff was extremely attentive. Great looks, beautiful room and phantastic location of the hotel. Unbeatable value for money even in high season. Highly recommended. We will come again! The breakfast was relatively simple but sufficient. |

it is in the perfect locality for a short stay in salzburg, all the staff were fantastic and the recent refurbishment was very stylish and did not detract from the old world charm of its surroundings. a great find if you are looking for a " hip " getaway |

even having opened a few days before my stay and not in full operation yet, the hotel is a MUST !!! just great... There is no parking at the hotel, must leave the car in a city parking lot, 5mins away, but the hotel has an agreement for its guests... |

Sehr schönes, trotz zentraler Lage, ruhiges Innenstadthotel. Sehr moderne gut designte Innenausstattung, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück. Man muss das Gepäck 10 Minuten durch die meist überfüllte Innenstadt von der Parkgarage zum Hotel befördern. Die Garage war SA zu Mittag voll und man musste ausserhalb einen Parkplatz suchen,was schwierig ist, das sollte man vielleicht bei der Anreiseplanung einbeziehen,d.h. morgens oder abends anreisen.Netterweise vergütete das Hotel uns den Parkschein für die Garage ob der Unannehmlichkeiten -nette Geste! |

Perfekte Lage, erfrischendes Ambiente, freundliche Gastgeber! Mitten im Geschehen in pittoresker Gasse. Im Zimmer (409) nachts still wie auf dem Land. Spiel mit modernem Design und historischer Bausubstanz faszinierend – sehr gelungen. Für die Basics (Sauberkeit, W-Lan, Matratze, Kaffee) auch Note "sehr gut". Wir sind begeistert! Negativ aufgefallen sind Gäste, die beim Frühstück kein "Guten Morgen" über die Lippen brachten. |

Recomendamos este hotel al 100x100, está en el centro de Salzburgo, para poder recorrer la ciudad andando. El personal excelente son encantadores, y las habitaciones totalomente nuevas y limpias, no se escucha ningún ruido, están totalmente insonorizadas. La estancia es de 10. |

Das Service war ausserordentlich freundlich, das Hotelliegt absolut zentral, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Nachtkästchen fehlen, die Bedienung des Fernsehers ist kompliziert und es gibt keine Beschreibung und es wurde eine Ortstaxe verrechnet, die eigentlich nicht anggeben war, es waren zwar nur 1,10 Euro aber sollte klar sein |
