not much Mansard room was very small, no window but 2 grubby skylights. one single bed was a sofabed. Trek and accessibility to the bathroom was poor. Alternative toilet was down 5 floors and was coin operated! The pictures shown on their website bore no relation to the Mansard room we had. It was a fire trap with an old wooden staircase and fire door shutting that floor off from the rest of the hotel. |

Location is very good. Too small room with very small windows, and shared bath and toilet with other rooms. Living in garret with my baby, difficult to store the stroller and move it to garret. |

Right in the center of old town Salzburg. Spitting distance from The Dom. Restaurants all over. We were unaware that we had booked a room without an en-suite. (had to share a bathroom) which we would not have done if this was clear on the web. The result was a room in the attic with no window excepting for a sky light that could be opened, but as it was raining this was not possible. Also those rooms have no aircon, no tv, no radio and no telephone - virtually no room to swing a cat. |

Do not stay at this hotel, there is nothing at all good about it. There is nothing about this hotel that is close to satisfactory. It is expensive. Its location is convienient. Dark and dingy. No lift to first floor just a steep and long staircase. Small uncomfortable room. Small airless room with no light even to read. Constant machinery noise the courtyad below makes it impossible to sleep. No staff available after 19.30. |

location although it was the top floor as indicated. the room was tiny, no tv, 2 tiny windows on the roof and everytime i stood up i hit my head by the celling. and the price was rediculous 96euro a night! ah it was a nightmare! |
