The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The rooms were quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious. It's also very close to a U-Bahn station, which makes it very convenient to see Vienna! |

Location - close to a tram hub, several stops from a railway station and from the Ring. The room was clean and tidy, of moderate size, non-smoking. Good, rather diverse breakfast. |

Breakfast is excellent, near the railroad and good connection to city center. It's near the very traffic street, and you hear the noise. |

The breakfast was very ample with lots of variety. It starts at 6:30 AM so you could eat before early trains, planes etc. Convenient location between Sudbahnhof and Westbahnhof and on several tram lines. Noisy with the windows open but OK with them closed and the AC/fan on. We asked for a wake-up call the first morning and we didn't get it. |

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. We took the four persons private suite which included one double bedroom with cupboard, desk and tv, a living room with two comfortable sofa-beds, dining table, tv and kitchenette. The bathroom had à large bathtub and was also very clean. The reception staff was not very pleasant in general and some of them were pretty much obnoxious. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but well connected via the public transport system. |

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was really good. Good location, center is easy accessible via public transport. You can't sleep with the open window because of the traffic noise. |

Everything was excellent. I have stayed in Vienna before but not in a hotel. When I am back as I will be as my son lives in Vienna I will certainly be staying in Hotel Alegro. Thank you for everything |

Family rooms are on the top floor, excelent in space and contents. It was spacious, consisting of two separate rooms, with two bathrooms plus a toilet, A small kichenet is very convenient. The staff was very helpfull, especially the cleaning personell. The matraces were not very comfortable (Too soft while sofa too hard), Since room is advertised as family room for 4 persons, that shoud mean at least 3 normal beds + 1 additional bed. In fact, there were 2 beds + 1 convertible sofa and 1 additional bed, though there was enough space. |

The rooms were very big and the equipment and furniture new (the hotel has recently been renovated). The breakfast is outstanding and the staff very polite and helpful. Mysteriously, with the heating turned off, the room heated itself to over 25 degrees. The hotel has installed air-conditioning in the room. It did not seem to work at the time, but that might be due to the nearly completed renovation work. |
