Asiallinen palvelu, ei turhanpäiväistä luksusta, siisteys, huoneiston käytettävyys mm. keittomahdollisuuksien johdosta. Huoneiston liiallinen lämpö jota ei saanut riittävästi pienennettyä, hieman meluisa. |

Hotellissa oli toimiva aamupala ja hyvä ilmastointi ainakin omassa huoneessamme. Henkilökunta vaikutti hieman ynseältä välillä ja huoneet olivat vanhahkot. |

kesäaikana hotellin ilmastointi oli ehdoton. Monissa Wienin hotelleissa ei ole ilmastointia, ja kuumalla se on tosi tärkeä. Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia.Ja huoneet jo hiukan nuhruiset ja kuluneet huonekalut. |

Tarpeeksi liikkumatilaa. Ei vesihanaa tai alasuihkua WCssä. Laukkujen säilytystila lukitsematon ja "pantiton. Vastaanoton nuorimies erittäin avulias ja kielitaitoinen, valitettavasti vain kerran paikalla. "tyttöjä" palvelu ei kiinnostanut edes niin paljon, että olisivat pitäneet ovea 80 vuotiaalle avoinna lähtiessä. |

aamiainen oli monipuolinen, huoneessa siisti suihku/wc ja päivittäinen siivous. Huoneessa ollut kokolattiamatto oli kulunut. |

The triple room was quite large and comfortable. The bathrooms looked recently renovated and clean. Due to the cold outside we were glad that the heating was very efficient (turn on/off the radiators as you need). The breakfast was good. The hotel is not in the center, but you have easy access to most places: the ring by tram 1, Maria Hilfer Str by tram 18, 1 S-bahn station to the subway, the airport by S-bahn trains/CAT. A supermarket is very close. All in all, this hotel was all I needed and we got good value for the money. The area is very noisy (trains, car traffic) and the windows are not sound proof enough. I don't recommend the hotel to people who are very sensitive to noise. |

the hotel is situated right next to the train station and the tram station. takes 10 minutes to reach the center of the city. the breakfast was good the first day of our stay. next day we arrived for breakfast at 9 (breakfast til 10). some of the breakfast items were finished, and the staff did not replace them. that left a limited choice for us. |

I think the guy with black curly hair at reception is all quality. I once made a stuff up with my booking and he fixed it up without any dramas or additional expenses and this time he even remembered something about me (even though it was only half right). The breakfast is pretty good too. |

A good quality room and breakfast and very helpful reception staff . It is in a good position for transport connections to the city centre and other areas of the city . The traffic , trains and trams on the square outside make it a very noisy location . Book a room at the back of the hotel if at all possible . |

Just across the street from tram station, which has tram directly to Holfburg and Westbahnhof. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good free breakfast. Unfortunately no subway station around. Tram was confusing if connection is required. |
