Good location, friendly and qualified staff.
Hotel is located at a busy crossroad, sometimes the noise comes to the room.
What did I like? Almost everything. Why? First - there's nothing NOT to like. The location is awesome, near an S-bahn station, relatively not far from U-bahn stations and most importantly - you can leterally walk up to the very center of Vienna in a very short time. Rooms are nice, clean and quite. Breakfast is might be a bit more varied, but anyway for that price everyone will find what suits them the best.
Occasional black "streaks" on the walls. I understand they are "made" by a not so careful guests (by bags, clothes, whatever), and actually they do not anyhow devalue this wonderful Hotel, still it would be nice not to have something like this
Good localization, near the central station ! It is enough The attention of the attendant
Staff very helpful. Clean and tidy. Beds comfortable.
Just beds and bathroom - no kettle or basic facilities for making a hot drink. No aircon.
Close to the metro, affordable. Bed was comfortable.
On a main road with no air con, so had windows open and a fan, not ideal for a good night's sleep.
Relatively close to center, big rooms, friendly staff, good prices.
The hotel was flexible and let us stay an extra day at the reduced price although we had only asked for two days online.
The traffic noise was very loud at this busy junction so we had to keep the windows closed at night although it was hot - I expect a rear facing room would have been better.
Good place near the center of Wien, good food, nice staff.
Quit and clean
Locations, easy to get metro and tram
I little bit noise street
It was close to Wien Miedling to catch a train tomZagreb.
Pillows were too small and flat.
locality not bad, just few minutes from Tube station room was clean
noisiness ! our room was on the first floor just next to four-lane road it was too hot in the room and we could not open the window because of the noisiness !!! bed was uncomfortable, too soft mattress
almost best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, it was very, very fine, staff very friendly, bathroom big and very clean
the hotel is on a very busy road, very load traffic, you cannot open the window in the night, then you can't sleep because of the noise
Nice, friendly staff, very comfortable, clean room.
Very small TV.
Staff is nice, room is comfy.
I recommend there can be early check-in policy if possible.
Good location, good connection to the city, the Metro station is over the street. Clean rooms.
A bit noisy when the room is facing to the frequent street crossing.
Very comfortable rooms, very spacious. Separate bathroom with a comfortable shower. Quiet rooms Excellent WIFI 10 minutes by s-bahn to city centre
My stay in general was very pleasant. I commend the staffs for being helpful and friendly all throughout. I was even surprised to see my room because it was really nice and worth the value! I would recommend the place to anyone. Oh and it is well connected to public transportation too.
not much of shops around but not really a big deal! I always go out..haha
almost everything: modern, stylish, well located, excellent breakfast,
during unusally warm days and nights in April the duvets were fit for arctic temperatures and when we requested lighter ones we were told there aren't any!!! (What do they do in real summer???)
Breakfast Very good connection to the centre and main attractions
Less restaurants for dinner around the hotel
The location was very easy access to transportation. From Wien Westbahnhof, we took a tram no.18 for less than 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The stop called "Matzleinsdorferplatz" was underground.Just walked up the stairs to the exit "Matzleinsdorferplatz", the hotel was across the street where we were. Tram no.6 was fine too. What we liked most was the triple room we booked. It was quite big (bigger than other rooms we had stayed especially compared to the prices). The variety of breakfast was another advantage for this type of hotel.
Even though there were a few signs "no smoking" throughout the hotel, the smell was so obvious. Luckily, there was no smell of smoking in our room. No kettle in room. I had to ask the receptionist for one, and there was only one timeworn kettle in the hotel but still worked properly.
So you get more for what you pay.
It was right across the street from a tram and metro station. It wasn't too expensive. The bedding was clean and comfortable enough. The room was large. Separate shower and bathrooms.
Although the close location to transportation makes it a good location in one respect, the area itself seemed kind of dirty and industrial. Not many pretty sights there. Although the bedding was clean, the carpets seemed old and not so clean. Although it was nice to have a toilet in a separate room from the shower, the room with the toilet had no sink, so you have to go to the other room to wash your hands. Not a really big deal, but a little awkward and strange. There were I think three or four different front desk staff we dealt with. The two guys were polite and helpful, but one of the women seemed kind of rude. But for the price it was ok.
Perfect location, right next to the Tube / Tram stop. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Big room and very clean. Highly recommended.
