Bra frukost, hjälpsam personal. Enkelrummet var inte trivsamt..badrummet ok men resten av rummet kändes som en tillfällig lösning....kommer inte att boka igen. |

Mycket prisvärt, mycket bra allmänna kommunikationer (tram, s-bahn), 15 min till Operan, fin lägenhet, rent. Långsamt internet i entrén och endast 1 dator, hårda sängar. |

Man får intrycket vid bokningen att hotellet ligger intill "Gurtel" men man fick ta spårvagn för att nå en förbindelse. Gick inte att skicka mail på hotellets "allmänna" dator. |

Jättefin 2 våningslägenhet högst upp, med 2 toaletter, stor altan mm. Dock lite väl varm, vi var tvungna att vädra nästan hela tiden. Att det inte fanns internet på rummen. Bara en dator i receptionen, som var mycket upptagen (dock gratis) |

det rum jag bodde i var rätt så stort, samma lika badrummet, men inredningen var det "kargaste" laget: bara de allra nödvändigaste möblerna och därtill rätt så slitna. annars var hotellet prydligt och nästan fint. |

The triple room was quite large and comfortable. The bathrooms looked recently renovated and clean. Due to the cold outside we were glad that the heating was very efficient (turn on/off the radiators as you need). The breakfast was good. The hotel is not in the center, but you have easy access to most places: the ring by tram 1, Maria Hilfer Str by tram 18, 1 S-bahn station to the subway, the airport by S-bahn trains/CAT. A supermarket is very close. All in all, this hotel was all I needed and we got good value for the money. The area is very noisy (trains, car traffic) and the windows are not sound proof enough. I don't recommend the hotel to people who are very sensitive to noise. |

the hotel is situated right next to the train station and the tram station. takes 10 minutes to reach the center of the city. the breakfast was good the first day of our stay. next day we arrived for breakfast at 9 (breakfast til 10). some of the breakfast items were finished, and the staff did not replace them. that left a limited choice for us. |

clean spacious rooms, very friendly stuff (even cleaning ladies we met in the coridor said hello every time), good breakfast noise from the outside, a bit far from the center |

I think the guy with black curly hair at reception is all quality. I once made a stuff up with my booking and he fixed it up without any dramas or additional expenses and this time he even remembered something about me (even though it was only half right). The breakfast is pretty good too. |

Though the hotel is not in city center, a large station is nearby so reaching the hotel by tram or train is easy |

A good quality room and breakfast and very helpful reception staff . It is in a good position for transport connections to the city centre and other areas of the city . The traffic , trains and trams on the square outside make it a very noisy location . Book a room at the back of the hotel if at all possible . |
