Great location. Perfect for the weekend when you need to be close to everything in order to see as much as possible. Clean and quiet atmosphere. They could have included free wifi within the hotel.

The first and the most important advantage is the location. The location was really excellent. Staff was quite helpful and smiling. The air condtioner was working very properly which was an important criteria for us since Radisson Blu Hotel rooms were freezing and we moved to this hotel for this reason. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed very much staying in Ambassador Hotel, we found the comfort we expected. If I were to go to Vienna again, I would definitely stay in Ambassador with no doubt. While check-in we requested to hire a wheelchair for my mom. We're informed that it is 8 Euros per day and we said ok. However, we have been charged almost more than double of this rate. Their explanation was it was the additional transportation cost that the rental firm charges to them but we wasn't informed about it, it was a bad last minute surprise.

Central location. Within walking distance to practically any place that makes a Vienna visit worth while. The combination of good old time decor with modern facilities Excessive price for breakfast (€ 25.-)

Location and staff attention On the hallway I stayed was not that fully clean as I expected: a empty bottle stayed on the hallway window sill for days, and the empty dishes outside some rooms sometimes stayed waiting to be picked up for over a day.

the location was very good for the reason we were there. - it's just a comfortable hotel - the reception staff is very poor prepared. Did not interact much with them, but when we did, they were not much of a help, not even for a restaurant reservation. - the design of the hotel & the rooms are not very defined. there are elements in the rooms / hotel from a completely another story. - didn't serve any F&B, so I can't say anything about this service.

very good location. big room very very very unfriendly staff on breakfest (2 ladies)!!!!!! what is abslolutely not typical for austriens. no plates and glases. as we asked for new one - got the answer - "es wird noch dauern!" waiting for the coffee 15 minutes. waiting for eggs 30 minutes. another day we got the eggs 1 minute boiled (not eatable). we asked for the new one, but after waiting 15 minutes, went away. its good, that a lots of other caffees are nearby.

Luxury feel. Fabulous location. Well appointed room. Polite and friendly front desk. Bar was sterile and impersonal. No atmosphere. Not encouraged to return.

I liked everything about the hotel starting from the professional handling of all matters, going through the nice extras and ending with excellent location and reasonable price for all of this. I can safely say I would definitely choose it on my next trip to vienna, or if it has other branches or affiliates in Europe I would like to know in order to stay at it.

Despite an early booking requiring a specific room type and receiving confirmation of same this was not avialable on arrival. The only suitable room was a down grade which could have been booked at lower cost. I shall be referring to the hotel for an explanation of this with possible request for refund of extra charge

Perfect location and vary clean room ! I would stay again ! Nice , big room ! The staff ( except cleaning lady ) are from other planet ! Vary poor and expensive breakfast and the staff in the restaurant is out of comment ! Better have breakfast around the hotel - there are a lot of nice places !

Clean rooms, excellent location, decently priced accomodations. The hotel staff was great with directions and insight into the area. Just three negatives, which I believe really could not be attributed to the hotel itself, but #3 could be addressed by them- 1) Very loud neighbors...they kept me up at very inconvenient times. 2) Nearby construction could be heard at very early hours in the morning. 3) Taxi drivers had a honking war going on over the weekend. One would honk at another and then another would join the fight...I Personally stepped out on the balcony and observed this activity happening at 0700 on a Saturday!!
