Ens ha agradat molt la situació de l'Hotel, el seu confort i l'espai de les habitacions. No ens ha agradat el fet de que no te parking en el mateix hotel, el te una mica lluny i que no te calefacció a dins del quartet de bany. |

Good breakfast. Not a 5 star hotel.We staied there for 4 nights.The room wasn't very clean, in fact they forgot to clean it and I had to ask them to do so.Across the street there was a construction site...too much noise.Our room (nr.114) was near a room where they washed dishes and the door to this room was always open.We felt like second hand guests.I am sorry to say but this wasn't a pleasant experience.Not what one expects from a 5 star hotel. |

A very nice hotel with big rooms and good breakfast.It is close to the shopping area, Sissi's apartments,Stephan's Dome,Opera ... I would definitely go there again. We had a pleasant stay. |

Location,comfort, clean, We decided to eat at the hotel on the first occassion could not take booking no chef,on the second occassion had to return food was very disappointed with restaurant,we did not find the front staff very friendly. |

Location was excellent. The hotel was nicely decorated. Wi Fi was not free and very expensive. My bathroom was ridiculously small. There were construction works going on opposite the hotel which woke me up (started work about 7am). The walls were paper thin and I could hear every noise the guests in the rooms both sides of me were making. This disturbed my enjoyment of the room. |

Very nice staff, if there's a problem, they are helpfull and engaged. Perfect location for a cityvacation. Nice architecture both insiderbrott and outside. You could hear everything from the other rooms. Not very relaxing when you want a good time... |

Although we arrived at 10 oclock in the morning,we checked in and my room was up grade as same price!candy in front was yammy.They gave a sweet PIG on the happy new year was yammy too.Breakfirst room is nice by open windows.And have a tea ,coffee in the bar was not expencive,we can relax there after sightseeing. |

I've stayed twice at the Hotel Ambassador, and liked it very much each time. Rooms are large and very comfortable and the location could not be better. The breakfast room was full both mornings we stayed, though there is a bar area outside where one can sit instead. |

Hotelový servis fungoval během dne bez chyb, večerní obsluha byla poněkud horší, v zásadě jsme byli spokojeni s výjimkou nabídky snídaňového bufetu. |
