The room, the breakfast, the Wi-Fi, the location, Sino and the kind gesture regarding the last 2 nights.
Some of the staff members
Fabulous position and large, spacious rooms
Piano in the bar out if tune and not played!!
Had dinner in the restaurant and was disappointed.
An excellent, comfortable hotel with friendly and very helpful staff
Smell of cigarette smoke (not permitted indoors in UK)
bed is poor
quiet in downtown big rooms
slightly overpriced breakfast is not included
the staff were very friendly. Walking distance to many attractions, and we had a fantastic room, very grand!
No gym or swimming pool at the hotel
Location; style of building and rooms; size of room and bed; quality of fixtures and fittings; staff were very helpful.
Wifi signal in the room was poor but good in communal areas; room was too hot; could do with new towels and more of them.
The location and fantastic selection of food at breakfast. Staff very obliging and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay at this hotel if we visit in the future and would certainly recommend to others.
Just a slight criticism about the coffee at breakfast. I thought maybe the coffee pots were made a bit too early as the coffee didn't keep hot enough for me even when taking it with hot milk. It wasn't a problem for the staff as they soon brought me some more. After two mornings I changed to tea. As I said earlier this is not a serious criticism. Overall, the hotel was excellent and we had a memorable stay in Vienna.
Breakfast was very good, nice staf, perfect location
Pillows... Too small, and wi-fi weak..
Luxury hotel in a posh location.
Bed and two mattresses instead of one large two small blankets.
Nice rooms , spacious and well equipped Very tidy, clean Restaurant and bar cosy and comfortable
Staff at the reception of uneven quality : we had both very efficient smiling staff and bored , uncaring , mousy individuals
The location was very good and the size of the bedroom. Breakfast good but expensive
Staff did noit really help, they said we could not get tickets for things which we than went and sorted out ourselves. I think they say that they can help but it seemed as though they could not be bothered. Washbasin had a large crack and you could not swing a cat in the bathroom.
I've got early check-in as requested and also got an upgrade - very nice of the hotel! Room is very nice and big, so is the bathroom. Location is the best you can dream of.
Very good food in its own restaurant!
The reception ist a real shame for a such a house!
Simply biggest and affrodable room in the center of Vienna
good staff almost in city center very near to all transportation very friendly staff
Excellent location in the centre of the city
The hotel smelled of smoke
Great Location Nice staff
Small Room We stay 4 nights and we got 1 no complementary (0.33 L) water bottle only in first day !!! No coffee machine or tea poor amenities
The Location was Great, very close to happening places. Worth staying there, but take care of your back!
Very noisy at night because of the location; if windows are closed...no problem. There are churches everywhere, so you will wake up with church bells. The mattress is very hard, I'm still dealing with my sciatic pain. You have to walk a lot, so a nice mattress is a must. Shower door was broken, although the staff tried, it still was not fixed properly.
The room we had was very spacious and very quiet.. We did not want to leave, but since we were conveniently near all the sights, we were compelled to sightsee....dinner was very good.

Ilike everything in the hotel
We had booked 3 rooms for 4 nights with one being an apartment. Size/Layout of the rooms are good. Reception personnel are friendly and attentive, although nobody offered to carry out the bags to the taxi when we checked out. The hotel is nicely decorated everywhere.
The room cleaning was poor. The room service constantly forgot to deliver. Broken bathrobes/towels. No coffee machines in the rooms (only in the apartment). But worst of all was the rude and arrogant bar and restaurant personnel with one senior waiter being a spitting image of John Cleese's character Basil in Fawlty Towers in his behavior. After several insults, misplaced comments, rudeness in the bar and a disastrous dinner service for a party of 8 (business dinner), we elected not to use the facilities any longer.
