同行の人（同料金で予約）より広い部屋に泊まれて、快適でした。 シューズクリーナを使ってしまったので、持ってきてくれるよう２回頼んだのですが、結局最後の日まで持ってきてもらえませんでした。 |

top location for sure, spacious and very clean rooms, typical Viennese enterior... the bar at first floor was not working properly - couldn't order a coffie in am hours, because staff was busy with the breakfast in the main hall - shoud have more staff for all services offered |

It was great that the hotel is in the very center of the city, easy access to all stores, caffes bars and restaurants. The reception staff where very polite and helpful. There has been some noise on 5th floor from 5 o'clock in morning.We could not sleep longer that day. |

I stayed 1 week for a new year 2009 with hole family and was excellent; I will choose the same hotel for the next visit; excelent location; very clean; staff very helpfull; all was fantastic Breakfast too expensive!!!!! |

every thing: the place, the hotel, the people, the service,...! It's the best place were to stay in Vienna ...! It's the second time we stay there, and not the last! They gave us the same room,as i asked for! The ideal place for shopping and to rest between...! keep things at least like they are. |
