top location for sure, spacious and very clean rooms, typical Viennese enterior... the bar at first floor was not working properly - couldn't order a coffie in am hours, because staff was busy with the breakfast in the main hall - shoud have more staff for all services offered |

It was great that the hotel is in the very center of the city, easy access to all stores, caffes bars and restaurants. The reception staff where very polite and helpful. There has been some noise on 5th floor from 5 o'clock in morning.We could not sleep longer that day. |

I stayed 1 week for a new year 2009 with hole family and was excellent; I will choose the same hotel for the next visit; excelent location; very clean; staff very helpfull; all was fantastic Breakfast too expensive!!!!! |

ligging van het Hotel, stilte in het centrum van de stad en grootte van kamer pastte bij royale prijs van €240 per nacht per kamer. Als je met z'n tweën bent en de zelfde prijs betaald is het een goede deal. de kwalitiet van het ontbijt en service aldaar ver onder de maat gezien de prijs van €25 |

Hotelul Ambasador il aleg de fiecare data cand merg in Viena, pentru atmosfera calda , primitoare, te simti ca la tine acasa, personalul nici nu se face vazut, nu te deranjeaza cu nici o intrebare, iar totul este perfect din punctul de vedere al serviciilor si un lucru f important este calitatea oamenilor care vin in acest hotel din toata lumea! |

La situación es envidiable, dejando a un lado las obras internas y externas que se están desarrollando en la zona. Booking.com debería advertir de estas circunstancias al posible cliente. La atención en Recepción impecable. El desayuno continental enviado desde el Room Service es muy pobre acorde al precio de 25€. En cualquiera de las cafeterías en la zona se desayuna excelentemente con buena calidad y servicio, por sólo 6/8 € |

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal am Empfang ist um den Gast bemüht. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen. Die Bar war geschlossen, sodass die schöne Halle völlig ohne Leben ist. Das Hotel macht irgendwie einen toten Eindruck, es fehlt das Flair, was sehr schade ist, da das Potential vorhanden ist. So wie sich das Haus im Moment darstellt, kann es keinen Vergleich mit anderen uns bekannten (das sind einige) 5 Sterne Häusern halten. Noch eine gravierende Kleinigkeit. |

Ik had hier reeds eerder geslapen, de kamers zijn op zich prima, schoon goed bed en douche prima ontbijt de kok was weggelopen, het restaurant tot nader order gesloten, de bar was vervolgens ook zeer beperkt open het was er niet gezellig verder werd overal rond het hotel gewerkt aan gebouwen en was de straat voor en achter opengebroken |
