Pension Am Lerchenfeld

Postel byla v pořádku - čistá, pohodlná. Snídaně dobrá - k výběru: čaj, káva, juice, housky a tmavý chleba, máslo, šunka, sýr, marmelády, med, nutela, nějaké ovoce...

Koberec byl dost špinavý, okno do rušné ulice(jezdí tam auta i nadzemní metro), koupelna v pokoji(zajímavá obezděná plastová krabice, nehezká, ale čistá), WC odděleně - dámské záchodky nechutné.

S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni. Pokoj byl čistý, prakticky zařízený, sociální zařízení a koupelna také.

Penzion je u velmi rušné ulice. Člověk se musí hodně unavit, aby se v klidu vyspal :-) V koupelně bychom uvítali nějaké poličky nebo háčky.

Poloha hotelu - pěšky dostupné centrum, příjemný personál, kvalita odpovídající ceně.

Excellent breakfast

The room was fine and one of the front desk people was very nice.

Despite weeks of advance notice, the staff did nothing to help accommodate a late arrival (10pm), nor did they notify us that this would not be possible until the day of arrival. We had to find somewhere else to stay, and they did not refund our money for that night.

The staff are really friendly and were very helpfull. The breakfast was nice too and we had a great view out the window.

Bathroom. The room was good but the carpet had a few stains on them which could do with being changed!

The rooms are very clean&the personel really helps you...I think it's a family that ownes the hotel&they are very friendly! Also there is free Wi-fi in the rooms!

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean and always well made by the maid.

The pictures didn't show it to be as old and tired as it is. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and the bathroom smelt mouldy.

Noise in the night

Maria and her husband, the owners, were a fantastic resource of information. Maria was phenomenal. She knows, off the top of her head, every train and tram route. If it had not been for my mentioning that I was leaving for Prague from Vienna and her tellling me I had to leave from the train station sud (south) rather than from the main station, I would have gone to the wrong station and missed my train. Her English is impeccable and she and her husband could not have been nicer. The hotel is extremely conveniently located--just across the street from a train station--though the street itself is not appealing--and within fifteen minute walk from the city's areas of interest. In expensive Vienna, this is a real budget find.

The main entry hallway and floor hallways are drab and dingy and seemed dirty but I suspect that is mostly due to the pale color of the tile. It was extremely off putting when I first arrived, but the rest of the hotel was spotless. Still, I think it would turn off many Americans.

Staff was very hospitality, they gave us a city map and drew us the most important sightsites . The hotel location closed to the metro station (2 min) an to the sightsites (10-15min by walk ) . There is a hotel parking with cheap price

the builing smelt like an old place, the elevator was a little scary , it was very old .

Friendly staff. Even though our plane was delayed and we arrived after check in time, he was still nice and understanding.

The receptionist gentleman was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful.

We felt uncomfortable about the neighborhood when we arrived. We were surprised by the poor quality and odor of the wc and bath. My daughter refused to use the bath.
