The staff, which I assume is a family were very helpful and friendly. The level of noise from other guests, especially banging of doors and chatting in the corridors either late at night or during early hours of morning was too high |

It takes only few minutes (about 3 min) to Hotel from subway station. Good location! |

The hotel is very close to the city center. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the Rathaus. Also, public transport is close. There is no toilet in the room, only a shower. |

It is well located next to an underground station (2 min on walk). The staff was nice and the breakfast was correct. We didn't expect more because it was so cheap. The floor of the room was really dirty, the common bathroom smelled bad and the common shower was not really cleaned. |

Big room, hotel well connected to city centre - 15 mins by tram or underground. Tram and underground station right in front of hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Carpets need changing. |

Very close to the subway though it is 1 transfer to the main sights. Breakfast was great each morning. Hotel owners were helpful in city information and airport information. The hotel is very basic but clean and great for travellers on a budget. |

the staff, particularly the lady in reception was exceptionally helpful with regard to a missing suitcase and made several phone calls on our behalf.Breakfast area sunny and bright, adequate basic breakfast hideous road frontage and entrance, and dark untidy reception area smelling of cigarette smoke. Scruffy public areas.However, room was surprisingly clean and tidy. |

Staffs are very kind and friendly. Very comfortable room and bed. Fast WIFI. Close to U-train. Nothing very bad. However, around metro station seems not very secure. There were always drunken men, sometimes with dog. |
