Hyfsat läge. Nya handdukar varje dag. Ligger vid en otroligt bullrig motorled. Om man öppnar fönstret är det omöjligt att sova på grund av oljudet och det blir därför olidligt varmt och kvavt sommartid. |

Det fanns bra kommunikation in till centrum, metron gick ofta(var 5 min) och det var bara 500m dit. Ett billigt hotell med bra frukost. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal, familjärt hotell. Frukosten var bra. Hissen var alldeles för liten. Vi gick upp varje dag och bor man på vån 5 så kan det bli lite jobbigt. Kunde dammsugat rummet bättre, jag tappar mycket hår och det är inte så fräscht. |

Prisvärt hotell nära centrum. Trots att frukost var framdukad uppskattades det inte att vi var en kvart för tidiga till frukost. Lyhört. |

It is close to a lot of transport means that take you almost everywhere in town. The hosts are ok, they gave us info & maps to reach our interest points. I did not like the smell in the bathroom&toilet space. |

The room was fine and one of the front desk people was very nice. Despite weeks of advance notice, the staff did nothing to help accommodate a late arrival (10pm), nor did they notify us that this would not be possible until the day of arrival. We had to find somewhere else to stay, and they did not refund our money for that night. |

secure hotel parking next to hotel the building was scary looking, very old and in a strange neighborhood...lots of erotic shoops near by and not safe to walk arround at night. the hotel owner was not very friendly and didnt want to wait for us to arrive at the hotel past 9 pm. we caed in that we=d be a little late at check/in and he said he had a private life to attend to, so we had to speed like crazy to get there on time. |

The staff are really friendly and were very helpfull. The breakfast was nice too and we had a great view out the window. Bathroom. The room was good but the carpet had a few stains on them which could do with being changed! |

Nice staff, good breakfast and very good wireless internet connection (available also in the room). Very close to U6. The bathroom was not in the room, it was clean but it could have been better. |

The rooms are very clean&the personel really helps you...I think it's a family that ownes the hotel&they are very friendly! Also there is free Wi-fi in the rooms! |

Very good location, near Metro and tram station, easy to access the famous place. The room is large and clean, but little old. Small toilet and shower, but it is reasonable for budget travellers. |

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean and always well made by the maid. The pictures didn't show it to be as old and tired as it is. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and the bathroom smelt mouldy. |

We booked double room with shower. We were surprised our room was huge & the shower room was big also. The room was clean & tidy. We really enjoyed our stay at Pension Am Lerchenfeld. The host Maria is a sweetheart. The rate is very reasonable, we'll definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good location and value for money. We'll give it 9/10 |

Maria and her husband, the owners, were a fantastic resource of information. Maria was phenomenal. She knows, off the top of her head, every train and tram route. If it had not been for my mentioning that I was leaving for Prague from Vienna and her tellling me I had to leave from the train station sud (south) rather than from the main station, I would have gone to the wrong station and missed my train. Her English is impeccable and she and her husband could not have been nicer. The hotel is extremely conveniently located--just across the street from a train station--though the street itself is not appealing--and within fifteen minute walk from the city's areas of interest. In expensive Vienna, this is a real budget find. The main entry hallway and floor hallways are drab and dingy and seemed dirty but I suspect that is mostly due to the pale color of the tile. It was extremely off putting when I first arrived, but the rest of the hotel was spotless. Still, I think it would turn off many Americans. |

Staff was very hospitality, they gave us a city map and drew us the most important sightsites . The hotel location closed to the metro station (2 min) an to the sightsites (10-15min by walk ) . There is a hotel parking with cheap price the builing smelt like an old place, the elevator was a little scary , it was very old . |

This place was worse than a hostel. If you don't mind hostel, stay here. If you try to avoid hostels, avoid this place at all costs. |

I did not like anything in this hotel. No Toilet in the room except to use a common Toilet on floor. No Fan and air conditioning in room. No room service except breakfast in the reception area. |
