Location, close to museum quarter, and plenty of good restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and friendly No Tea/ Coffee making facilities in bedrooms |

the rooms are very nice hotel is understaffed, in order to check in and out there is only 1 person working at reception, and we had to wait a long period of time making us late for our meeting in the morning |

very quiet, nicely designed rooms on occasions not enough people on reception. As breakfast is expensive, tea-making facilkities in the rooms would be welcome. |

Clean ; its just the way was described on site; good value of the money; good location; not noisy; nice rooms, everything is new . if I will go back in wien I will surely stay on the same hotel. When we checked out we had a problem about paying the room.. I had money on my card just for payng the room... No extra... Hotel blocked already the amount for the first day... And the rest of money on my credit card was not enough to pay the room... The receptionist just told me the card is not working ant nothing else... I asked why is that and they didnt give me any answer...just to give them another card.... After I checked with my bank, eveything was ok... And they didnt even apologise for giving me this trouble... |

The staff were helpful and taxis were readily available The stairs in the corridors were inconvenient. Some shampoo and hair conditioner would heve been nice. |

Good location within a short bus ride of downtown Vienna. Very comfortable rooms with a minimalist feel. If you drive a car that is lower to the ground than a regular hatch / saloon and need a carpark space - beware !!! The garage spaces in this hotel have a high lip to cross which eat front number plates and crack fibre glass !!!! |

The interior of the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are very clean and up to date. Especially I enjoyed a parquet flooring in the room which gives it a very cosy feeling. I have to add that the breakfast was very good as well with plenty of choice. The room we were provided with was a bit small for two people and no view out of the window. As for the rest we were totally satisfied. |

Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, if expensive. Location was decent-- a solid 10 minute walk to the underground, but from there it was very easy to get around the city. There are several good restaurants right outside the hotel. It was very easy to stay there with our young kids (7 months and 2 years) and all the stuff that comes with them (strollers, diaper bags, etc.). There are several hotel elevators, though the one behind the "restaurant" feels like it comes out in the Twilight Zone. Make sure you ask which elevators to use! Room floors are awkward, with small stair cases connecting different buildings. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive!!! Same price for breakfast as for lunch at a famous Vienna 4-star restaurant for lunch, with 8 sodas, 4 entrees, and 4 desserts. No restaurant per se in the hotel, only a kitchen for breakfast items and a bar menu. Don't come back from a long day thinking you can eat dinner in the hotel restuarant, or you'll be stuck choosing from the bar menu, or leaving to go back out. Hotel doesn't provide wash cloths, and the "shampoo" is a combo shampoo/shower gel which was awful! Underground garage parking at the hotel is only for small cars because they use a lift system. Larger cars park around the corner and there is no direct access to the hotel. Also, parking was expensive. |

The hotel is located very close to the shopping area, and in easy reach with the public transportation. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room quality was perfect, we liked all the facilities of it. |

The rooms are really nice. The hotel is centred located, 20 minutes walking from the Museum Quartier. The hotel suffers from a lack of staff. Though having a reservation, a couple of friends travelling with us did not have their room ready when we checked in (they wanted a twin bedroom). After one hour waiting the room was still not available. At the end they had to stay in a double bedroom, without any compensation for the inconvenience. Checking out may take long to be done due to the small number of staff as well. |

The hotel is very central, about 5 minutes on foot to the ring. The furnitures were old and the room wasn't very clean. It could hardly be even 3 stars hotel. |
