Everything...Nice room, nice staff, really cool neighborhood, lots of bars, caffes, within walking distance from the city center.

Best scrambled eggs for breakfast I had in a long time, and breakfast in general was a bright spot

No water ketler in the room. Bathroom separated with glass sliding door only so very noisy. Small room with space taken by bathroom and closet. Had to iron shirts in the hallway behind reception as there is 1 for whole hotel and they don't provide ironing board and iron to the rooms. We particularly asked for a bigger room because of the baby but they didn't have one

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The closeness of public transportation, ie, trams and subway were with in walking distance. The pictures in the booking.com folio were just as shown. Staff very helpful in getting us information about the Vienna Card (public Transist card) and later a cab to the airport. Also away from the main tourist beat giving you time to explore other areas of Vienna.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking. Also lacking was a place to put clothes. You will be living out of a suitcase because there are no drawer space to put away thing if staying several days. Do away with the mini bar.

The breakfast was really good. A lot of very good food, includings sweets and orange-jouce!

The provided the minimum complimentary items for the room: the shampoo was finished and did not supply anymore for 3 days, as well as coffee, etc

Very cosy room with clean bathroom and organic soap and shower gel. Free coffee machine of rather good quality in the room. Variety of tastes for breakfast which is worth its 17 euro, however, we had our breakfast included in price. As for location Neubau is very nice although it's not the very center.

WiFi is free for one device, but it has limited coverage throughout the building and we didn't have it in our room.

Snacks at the bar very poor. Breakfast good but too expensive, much too expensive.

Willingness of staff to find appropraiate size room before my wife joined me, because standard suze room was too small for 2 persons. Also, staff was thoughtful in giving me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday

As most of my meetings were in 1, Bezirk of Vienna, it took bus (3 stops) and U-Bahn (2 stops) to get to destinations, and with snow and cold, waiting on buses was incomfortable. But staff was very helpful with transport directions from hotel

We were here the second time and come back here again! We were with our little dog and all stuff were so friendly to us and him! At the room he has his special towel with printed pad on it :) Any time we go to the restaurant waiter serve our pet with water on the chair (even not on the floor!). It was so sweet :) So all our family was happy !!!

Good location, close to Mariahilfer strasse. Nice hotel, clean, fine quality rooms and good variety of mini-bar service. Very polite and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a business or short city trip.

I liked the room. It was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub and was very nice. We loved the SPA and we used it both evenings we stayed there. The breakfast too was very good! It was very nice to have the coffee machine in our room.

The SPA would be perfect if there would be a Jacuzzi and some more relaxing chairs. The water of the showers was not warm enough. There were no flip-flops. The breakfast is a little too expensive as well as the parking.

The situation was near the City Center - at walking distance - and metrostations were near. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

We apreciated almost everything in this hotel. The location is good, the room was clean and placed in a quiet place.

It was unpleased to find foot-mark everywhere on the walls and marks of blood in the shower cabin. For such a hotel i expected that apart the room also the walls have to be clean not like in a hostel.
