I got to stay there for 50 Euros a night through booking.com. You can't beat that hotel for 50/night. Breakfast was too expensive for what it was. The room was a bit hot. I would recommend falkensteiner but only at a price below 60-70/night.

The Wiir bar/pub/club near the hotel. Enough choices in terms of bars / restaurants in the road connecting the hotel with the city center. Stains at the walls and the armchair were not pleasant! WiFi out of range in the room stayed. Seriously overpriced for the facilities offered /at the lower end of 4 stars rating.

The hotel is modern, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a nice modern design. Breakfast was great, good variety and quality of food. It's a comfortable place to stay. The hotel is a bit far from the underground station, but the bus from the station makes up for that if you don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes for a bus. The room is a bit overpriced for location and size.

Rooms were a decent size. Well heated. We chose this hotel based on the reviews here on Booking.com. I left less than impressed. Although the hotel was overall fairly clean, the carpets in the hallways needed a good scrubbing. The bed was questionably comfortable, given that you could feel the springs at times. In addition, the double bed (for 2) felt more like something you would find at a hostel, with 2 different blankets. Internet service was poor. The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk to the center, but the walk isn't unpleasant, so I wouldn't count that as a negative.

I though it was extremely optimistic to rate such an average Hotel as 4 Star. I have stayed in 5 star Hotels better and cheaper than this supposedly 4 star one.

The staff were exceptionally helpful with the perfect combination of professionalism and freindliness. There is not the initial friendliness and then waning of most other hotels, the staff are attentive, and courteous, and especially helpful. Even the music that was being played in the breakfast area and the lobby was exceptional, being a very well chosen eclectic mix of funk, soul, jazz type riffs, and ambient electro music. We couldn't rate this hotel higher, but particularly because of a few members of the waiting staff and the attitudes of the staff generally to hotel guests, we would rate it higher if we could. The manager should be proud as there is a genuine culture of friendly service, leading to a real friendly atmosphere and respect from staff to guests (and often forgotten, vice versa). The breakfast was genuinely worth every penny as it is a genuine open banquet, very very well cooked and served with the aforementioned atmosphere. The ketchen even prepared a fresh vegetable puree for our baby, this was something that was clearly done with pleasure. Lovely hotel, lovely people. Need a backup baby chair for when more than one baby is in residence. Our scores would be perfect if under the bed had been cleaned recently (having a baby means we are often on the floor).

The service from all the staff we were in contact with was extremely good and without fault, especially the reception staff. No request, no matter how trivial it may have seemed to them, was handled with speed and friendly courteousness. We did not have a breakfast included price because we do not need huge quantities for breakfast but the reception staff happily arranged and the kitchen staff happily provided coffee and toasted sandwiches which suited us very well and cost a small fraction of the breakfast charge.

We arrived around 8 pm. The room has been paid in total and with no chance to cancel. At the reception they tell us they are fully booked and that they will bring us to a different hotel for one night. We refused, we were there on business not on holidays. They told us they could upgrade us for €10 euros. I refused again and told them it is their responsibility to keep a room for us, it had been booked for 3 weeks. They finally gave us a presidential suite, as they put it. It was shabby, it resembled nothing with the images they have of their own rooms in their website. The bathroom door was full of dust, there was some hair at the desk and in some folders. The room was too warm and the air condition so loud it was hard to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at any cost.

The room was fine and the bathroom good. The breakfast choice was excellent. We could not work the coffee machine in our room either because it was broken or because the instructions were poor.

It was close to the facilities I had business meetings in. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel had great breakfast buffet and lovely bathroom with floor heating. Only liquid soaps were available in the bathroom and the bed mattress and pillows were bit uncomfortable.

Our room was quiet and nice, the staff at the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast which was praised at the Booking.com was not that special in my opinion, e.g. the tomatoes served were looking old and there were not that much fresh vegetables. Also the air in the hotel room was not fresh.

I payed 64 Euros for standard double room which is excellent for what you get: stylish room, very very clean, hotel staff was very polite. 10min walking to Mariahilf. strasse (metro), 10min walking to museum quartier. Free parking lot easily to be found if you don't want to pay for the garage.
