The location is really excellent. THe stuff is very frindly and helpful. I had a non pleasant situation with the room so the next morning i was transferred to another room. The size of the room is ok. There was not much noise from outside though the small window goes to the ring. The breasfast is ok (though not as should be in 4 star hotel) You shoul know that most of the rooms are with a small window on the roof and the window is not blacked out completely due to that location, so in the morning you can not hide from the sun. Compared to other 4 stars hotel breakfast shoul be more extended.

Hotel Am Schubertring is very suitable for any travelers. Excellent location close to center of Vienna, subway and tram stations, good breakfast and staff. Floors somewhere are not suitable for peoples with limited possibilities because of many steps. Internet modem and cable are not suitable for work on the desk.

Large room size. Good facilities. Free Wifi. Not far from the historic attractions. Friendly and helpful frontdesk staffs. A bit far from subway station. Not easy to find as the sign is too small. Bad quality of the pillow, not comfortable at all.

The hotel staff was very friendly and I felt totally comfortable at the hotel. The same hotel would recommend to friends when they travel to Vienna to stay at the hotel 'Am Shubertring'. I was pleasantly surprised.

It was very close to the Musikverein where we attended a concert. We were told at reception that the bar was open till midnight, but when we arrived at 11.15 the receptionist said it was closed, so we couldn't have a drink or a cup of tea and had to go back out in -14 degrees to find a bar. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and had to leave before 7am without any refreshment.

Walking distance from almost everything I wanted to do. Also it was cosy to have all the bedrooms tucked away in the attic of the building with just the pleasant reception area at ground level. The pillows could be a little bigger!

The only reason I stayed in this hotel is because I couldn't get a room in hotels I used to stay before. This is pretty outdated hotel which probably wasn't renovated in last 30 years. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good location on the inner Ring. Excellent for shopping, visiting museums. Spacious rooms, very clean with a good choice for breakfast inlcuding cooked and continental as well as fresh fruit. Friendly staff. We did a weekend deal, so good value for money. PC and printer available to print off boarding passes which was very convenient and a nice touch. The radiators were very noisy in the morning!

Excellent location for city centre, museums, etc - friendly and helpful staff - spacious, comfortable and quiet room. One should not be put off by the quirky disposition of rooms along a lengthy and windy corridor! Also, view from window was limited, one could see the world and the window could be opened.

All was excellent. Very nice staff, clean and comfortable accommodations and excellent location in Vienna. We were three mature couples that enjoyed the city stay at am Schubertring tremendously.
