The location of the hotel is fantastic - near almost everything there is to see in Vienne The rooms are small and located in the attic of the bulding. The only window of the room was too high so that it would be necessary to climb up to the bed to see through it. Old building. |

Location was perfect for going to opera theater and for sight seeing. Staff was very helpful. One can feel safe at the hotel. Rooms were nicely furnished and bath room was modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was not so good, without much vegetables, not much variety within 4 night-stay, and coffee not so good. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for visiting tourist locations. Standard room was small with limited access to light (roof window only). The hotel had the feel of being a little rundown - needs some renovations and brightening up. Only lift access to rooms - a bit worrying in the event of fire. |

the staff, specially at the reception are very helpful from the moment I check in. The location is good and convenient. The room is nice (single room) no fan or aircon, summer may not be too hot but its a bit stuffy coz you can't open the window very much which of course is for safety reason. The atmosphere is really cozy with free computer and internet use. maybe fan is needed in the room for summer. Global warming is making its point. |

The rooms are on the top floor of the building. When I was there in mid-June 2009, the temperature was perfect. I did not notice if there was an air conditioning unit in the room - if it doesn't have, I think that the room would be unbearable in the height of summer. Electric fans will not solve the problem because the rooms are carpeted. |
