room was very comfortable and clean, receptionist friendly, walking distance to the center, parking place, ok breakfast.

staff in the dining room not very helpful, first impression of the annex to the old hotel a bit dissappointing, but room was a very pleasant surprise.

Room was large and clean and air-conditioning could be added for five euro per day, but not needed in September. Staff were friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and pointing out nearby laundry facility. Breakfast buffet was very good.

It was a bit farther from old town than we had realized, although it was still walkable.

The room was very nice, big enough for 3 people and clean. Very convinient if travelling by train (2 blocks from main station) Breakfast is wonderful..!!

For this kind of hotel internet should be free. It is a little bit far from old town.

The hotel appears to be overdue a renovation, dirty old carpets everywhere, smelly and musty bedroom, broken buttons on the lift etc. Flies swarming in the bread, yoghurt bowls etc in the breakfast room. Investment to maintain and improve hotel is needed.

The Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Convenient to train station, easy to get to the old town, friendly and helpful staff. Not flashy on the outside but was excellent on the inside.

We were very disappointed. Although the hotel advertises air conditioning, the adverts do not state that there is a fee attached to this. This would not have upset us, if it hadn't been for the underfloor heating in the bathroom. It is ridiculous to have such heating during the hot summer months. It made our room so uncomfortable that we felt quite ill. When my husband asked for the heating to be switched off, he was told by the male receptionist that this was not possible!! A hotel cannot operate a heating system that isn't able to be switched off and we didn't believe it. The receptionist was curt and unhelpful, and said our only option was to pay for air conditioning which we felt was wholly inappropriate.

Hotel was shown as 4-star, but the annex is located in an apartment building across the street --- no air conditioning, much street noise, very poor security (broken corridor door to apartment building) & unresponsive staff - very much a 2-star experience

hotel location is very nice to me because I have a trip to Paris for the next day through Train and therefore the nearest place to the station was very important to me.
