Habitacions confortables, nets i adequats. Bona comunicació amb el centre ciutat (tramvia p 15 min. a peu). |

Dinner at restaurant was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and bathroom good. Close to station. The beds were really hard!! Ok for fat people who can compress them a bit but not if you are thin! |

Very close to train station. Outside looks a little old but is deceptive. The inside is beautiful, all newly remodeled, comfortable beds and the staff was friendly and knowlegable. Check in and breakfast is across the street which is easily negotiated. Breakfast is one of the best we've had in three years in Europe. Best Value in Salzburg. |

The staff are very nice, good breakfest, the room is very big and nice. Good location. Internet is not free. |

Very close to the train station. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. Bathroom was great. Room was pretty spacious. Entrance to the annex feels a little sketchy. |

Convenient to bus/train station. Staff was freindly and great morning breakfast. Limited parking spaces. The AC was not working but they had a fan in the room. |

Spacious room and clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. Though we lived in the block separate to the main building, rooms are modern and it just takes a min to go to the main building for breakfast. |

Very nice room in the annex across from the main hotel. Nice walk along the river to the old city. Close to the train station. Food in restaurant was very good as was the breakfast which they include. Area a little run down but certainly convenient. |

The room was big and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was good. The hotel was situated in a good location as it was situated very near the train station and the bus interchange. |

Our room was a family room, quite spacious, just like we wanted. Even though it was in the city, it was pretty silent. Very nice staff and pretty good food with reasonable price. |

very clean, quiet, and modern with good breakfast Did not have the key to open the safe that previous person did not leave open. We had to take our valuables with us was only issue. |

Outstanding rooms that are close to the Hbf, and a short walk from the inner city. Great place and very friendly staff. The streets immeadiately outside the hotel were a little shady at night, but there was nothing terribly wrong |

The room was very wide and beautiful. The greeting from the hotel manager on breakfast was delightful. Only one room card key per room was insufficient for two guests or more. The stay at the hotel was good, but the dinner at the restaurant was served too late. |
