Hotel-Annex Der Salzburger Hof

Δέν μου άρεσε σχέδον καθόλου μασ έδωσαν δωμάτια στήν απέναντη πολυκατοικία ,το προσωπικό δέν εξυπιρετούσε,στα δωμάτια ήταν ζέστη και δέν υπήρχε κλιματισμός

Διευκόλυνση στην εύρεση εστιατορίου για φαγητό από ένα άψογο εστιατόριο με ποικιλίες φαγητών και οικονομικό. Πλούσιο πρωινό. Parking Χωρίς πληρωμή.

Στο πρώτο κτήριο στο οποίο είναι και το εστιατόριο, τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Το Parking ίσως θα χρειαζότανε μια επέκταση γιατί δεν χωράνε όλα τα αυτοκίνητα.

Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Hotel Restaurant very good. Location was good.

No air conditionning and very noisy when you leave windows open. Rooms with A/C have to be reserved at time of booking which we weren't aware of. Part of the hotel has been renovated, so try to get a room in that part.

the English of the staff was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel was very close to the main station, restaurant was excellent, breakfast also good, rooms kept very clean

our room did not have air conditioning which was awful in the heat of summer, they did provide fans but I would book a room with air con if returning to Austria in summer. The hotel is not the best for younger children in that there is no where in the hotel for them to play or relax, I would recommend this hotel for families with older children only. The surrounding area of the hotel is not the nicest and is about 20 mins walk to the old town but there are very frequent buses close by

really friendly staff even with traditional Austrian clothing, modern furniture, flat screen tv, comfort, continuous play of The Sound of Music in the tv, awesome breakfast: breads, varieties of cheeses including camembert, varieties of cold cuts, etc totally a buffet, tea/coffee set in the room

we payed for a triple but there was tea/coffee equipment for 2, I mean the electric kettle plus only 2 cups with sets for 2, so we complained but at that time we could get just another cup and had to share the many tea bags but that isn't the point. this always happens but just to mention something wrong. location near railway station was necessary, there was a mile to the historic center and it would be very impractical to stay there

The staff, the atmosphere and especially the room.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with providing important tourist information and directions and attended to all our needs. They even allowed us to check in prior to the actual check in time as we arrived early at the hotel. We were given an airconditioned room, even though we had not booked it before, and had to pay just a nominal fee for the use of the airconditioner.

We liked everything about this hotel. Just one of the hotel staff was a bit blunt with us during breakfast time.

We had booked in Annex but were upgraded to Der Salzburger Hof. Big, wel designed room, good breakfast, excellent location.

I could pay hotel bill by my credit card but for sightseeing tour, had to pay cash as that machine was not working?! otherwise no problem

The most I like kindness of all the stuff, they helped us a lot in all the possible ways. I was suprised of that how excellent everybody speaks english. Breakfast was OK, too.

Evenings (till abot 12 p. m.) were very noisy (around the hotel).

Comfortable rooms and good value reflected in the 20 minute walk to the old part of town. Ideal for an overnight stay.

The girls on the front counter (Sarah and Maria) were very helpfull and pleasant. Although small, the room was well appointed and clean.

The restaurant was pleasant but far too hot for comfort on the days we were there although this would have been due to unusually hot weather and the lack of interior airconditioning. Consequently, we had several meals outside, effectively in the car park. From an eating perspective this was OK but the aspect was unattractive city road-scape as the hotel was well away from the main tourist precinct.
