το δωμάτιο καλό και οι ντουλάπες άνετες αλλά όταν μπαίνεις στο ξενοδοχείο που υπάρχουν τα δωμάτια δεν είναι κανείς. θυμίζει πανδοχείο. μέσα το δωμάτιο ήταν καλό.το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί.

Great location, 2 mins walk from bus and train station. We had a very lge family room, well appointed, very clean, loved the coffee machine, and free video rental.The staff were extremely helpful, polite,and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel serves a great buffet breakfast. During summer I would recommend asking for an air conditioned room as not all pf them are and our stay would not have been so pleasant without it.

Free hire of dvds, good breakfast, clean, but not 4 stars, looks like in europe, the stars are given away too easily, more like 3 stars

I had to pay for the coffee in the room, this is the first time in my life that I have seenm this and they give you a bottle of water with a label on which says "with complements" but its written €3.50 on it, then its not with complements because its charged, but to pay for coffee in the room, crazy.

most terrified thing for us to have stayed in this hotel was the biting by unnamed insects , and causing no sleeping for full night. I never met this kind of ugly thing for more than 24 years travelling experience in Europe. I had taken some photos of this event for future complaint. When we told hotel staff this thing, no apoligize from them!!!!

Very nice,spacious rooms with lots of modern facilities.The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome

20 minutes walk from the Old Town

We had a family room (4 people),very clean,comfortable and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It was very quite,we didn't hear any street noise although the hotel is close to the train station. Bathroom was very clean and modern decorated. Breakfast was very good,delicious,with many choices of food.

We have a 4 person room, it seems much bigger than the other hotels. It is really close to the Center station of Salzburg.

Hotel-Annex Der Salzburg is centrally located, a walking distance to the art galleries, museums and concert halls. The hotel itself has an annex building which is new and the rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. The tea and coffee making facility is handy to have as well as a safe to lock up your documents and valuables.

New and clean

Difficult entrance to navigate as it was across a busy street and you had to go between parked cars to get to entrance door, dreary entry, one waiter in dining room served in jeans and was not professional , dreary lobby

The room was recently renovated and of good size. It was a delight to have a modern, clean bathroom. Before arriving I changed from a themed room to a standard double and stayed for one night. The hotel is close to the station which was great as we had an early morning train, but as we've found previously, these areas tend to be a little seedy although not unsafe.

Wonderful breakfast. Really value for money (if you are budget conscious in mind) Very close to train station, so lots of bus lines to choose from.

Not close to major tourist area. Not a decent neighborhood (e.g. Casino downstairs, sex shops nearby) Service and staff friendliness only fair.

The spacious room and modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet catering for all needs. The smoke-free environment.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. WE were involved in a car accident during our trip and the staff were very helpful and concerned for our comfort. The room we had was basic but clean and in an excellent location to the train station where you can catch a bus to everywhere you may want to go and located within walking distance to the old city. Definitely will stay here again. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered until 10:00 am so you didn't have to get up at dawn for breakfast. The owner was very friendly and we saw him every day around the hotel. We would like to try the Hotel next time, just to see what the difference in the rooms might be.

I prefer softer beds but they were still fairly comfortable.
