Convenient to bus/train station. Staff was freindly and great morning breakfast. Limited parking spaces. The AC was not working but they had a fan in the room. |

Spacious room and clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. Though we lived in the block separate to the main building, rooms are modern and it just takes a min to go to the main building for breakfast. |

Very nice room in the annex across from the main hotel. Nice walk along the river to the old city. Close to the train station. Food in restaurant was very good as was the breakfast which they include. Area a little run down but certainly convenient. |

Our room was a family room, quite spacious, just like we wanted. Even though it was in the city, it was pretty silent. Very nice staff and pretty good food with reasonable price. |

Outstanding rooms that are close to the Hbf, and a short walk from the inner city. Great place and very friendly staff. The streets immeadiately outside the hotel were a little shady at night, but there was nothing terribly wrong |

The room was very wide and beautiful. The greeting from the hotel manager on breakfast was delightful. Only one room card key per room was insufficient for two guests or more. The stay at the hotel was good, but the dinner at the restaurant was served too late. |

The room was spacious,luxurious, food excellent. Centrally located near station and busses. With Salzburger card - all transport free. The lounge area of the annexure part does not have proper ventilation - smells stuffy. |

Preparing to take the train to Frankfurt and then fly back to Anchorage. It was just a stop over but enjoyable. Yes, whenever I request a room over the phone or internet we end up on the noisy street side. I can't sleep with all of that road noise as I usually have the window opened. |

The staff are friendly, rooms spacious, tea and coffee making in the room, bathroom facilites includes hair dryer and liquid soaps. The best of all is the genorous and wide range of menu items for brekfast. The hotel is walking distance from the train and buses and Salzburg city. |

The rooms were large and airy, very comfortably furnished, beds comfortable and spotlessly clean, very trendy new and clean bathroom, quite home from home, I would stay there again. There were no price lists in the room to indicate what was free and what was not I.E. mini bar price list and the small bottles of wine, tea coffee sachets and mineral water not in the mini bar. These were not free and nothing to indicate that they weren'T. |

We had a reasonably comfortable stay at Hotel-Annex Der Salzburger Hof. The hotel staff were very courteous and the entire team was very sincere and professional. Great location, just few steps away from the main station yet very silent. We stayed in a triple room which was good spacious and very clean. We booked a triple room and they provided a good spacious and clean room (thematic). The room had a double bed and an extra bed. This extra bed had a hard mattress (seems it was a sofa-cum-bed). My son was not very comfortable sleeping on it. Wondering, why they provided a portable extra bed when the room was so spacious where a comofortable regular bed could have been easily accommodated. |

The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of all sorts of meats and cheeses as well as fresh rolls and various creals and bread The room we asked for was supposed to be non-smoking but smalt strongly of smoke. There was no air-conditioning so the room was very hot even in May when we went. The room looked a bit shabby in places but was very clean, and very spacious.. |

The Family Room was very nice. The bath room was very clean and the bath facilities were well arranged. Also nice was that the toilet was separated from the bath room. Additionally, I have to mention that the breakfast was so nice and had a lot of variety. It was a bit difficult to find where is the front desk. It was my simple mistake, but I didn't imagine that the "Annex" does not have a front desk. |

Friendly staff, clean, nice, modern room, easy access, quiet, attractive, good breakfast. I paid for a quad room but was given a double room. My rate should have been reduced. |
