Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Room is spacious and tidy. Breakfast is good

It's very noisy during the night time. I've book a theme quadruple room but one is an extra bed.

the wifi was very weak in our room and we had to go to hotel lobby after crossing the street as our room was in the annexe.

Staff at reception was fair.

The room was not kept clean. street noise was unbearable. the beds were uncomfortable. the extra beds for our kids were old and unstable. breakfast room too small and understaffed. overpriced. no value for money.

The breakfast way below average in terms of quality and variety. The dinner at the restaurent is 1/10. could barely stomach 2 bites from all dishes.the Lift does not reach every floor, had to pull 5 bags over some stairs, the room is old, the bathroom is old, the orice is very high for the quality. limited parking, location not nice, poor view. 3 stars at best. Front office staff friendly.

Very little. The hotel did not supply us with the same room as was booked on your web site. The pictures in no way reflected the room which we were offered and has caused me to have reservations about booking with your site again.

The beds mattress was more like a cot.

There is nothing to recommend this hotel other than that it has a car park. The annex was a converted office and had no air conditioning. The breakfast was of poor quality and made worse by the presence of an over jovial mine-host type person. We'd booked for 3 nights and left after one. It's a long way from the centre and there's nothing nearby other than seedy sex-shops. It's 4 star rating maybe technically correct but it is a horrible place to stay.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were always quick to clear tables and bing tea and coffee to your table.

Did not strike me as a 4 star hotel I would have said more 3 stars mainly due to the old fashioned decor and carpet on the walls of the lift. Cracked toilet seat in our bathroom. Just not up to 4 star standard.
