Ystävällinen palvelu, rauhallinen, hyvä aamupala ja sijainti lähellä .rautatieasemaa näin junassa matkustaneelle oli erinomainen asia. Varustukseltaan ihan OK, Siistit pesutilat Ehkä lattioiden kokolattiamatot mutta nekin menettelivät |

Sijainti rautatieaseman lähellä oli hyvä. Huoneemme oli tilava ns. teemahuone mm.nuoteilla kuvioidulla kokolattiamatolla. Mukavaa oli myös mahdollisuus keittää vettä vedenkeittimellä ja hyödyntää tarjolla olevia pieniä teepusseja/pikakahvijauheita. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. |

Only the ability of the free parking area. The saloon and almost the 1st and 2nd floor smell from the kitchen.It was a strong annoying smell. |

Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs towards international tourists. Perhaps the best among my stay in Europe for 18 days. Big spacious room with continuous play of Sound of Music. Perfect for a hotel in Salzburg. |

room was very comfortable and clean, receptionist friendly, walking distance to the center, parking place, ok breakfast. staff in the dining room not very helpful, first impression of the annex to the old hotel a bit dissappointing, but room was a very pleasant surprise. |

Room was large and clean and air-conditioning could be added for five euro per day, but not needed in September. Staff were friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and pointing out nearby laundry facility. Breakfast buffet was very good. It was a bit farther from old town than we had realized, although it was still walkable. |

The room was very nice, big enough for 3 people and clean. Very convinient if travelling by train (2 blocks from main station) Breakfast is wonderful..!! For this kind of hotel internet should be free. It is a little bit far from old town. |

The price, good sized room,clean,inclusion of breakfast. Very noisy,as it was next to a busy street.No air-conditioning, so had to keep windows open ,in-spite of the fans they provided. Not 4 stars quality. |

Staff helpful and having air conditioning in bedroom. The hotel appears to be overdue a renovation, dirty old carpets everywhere, smelly and musty bedroom, broken buttons on the lift etc. Flies swarming in the bread, yoghurt bowls etc in the breakfast room. Investment to maintain and improve hotel is needed. |

very close to the train station. information about restaurants, churches. etc., in and around the area must be made available to the front desk. it is not the staff's fault that they do not have these information at hand. it is management's fault. |
