The unit was clean
little bit noisy, close to the road. Shower handle was broken.
Good in general
Everything is clean and new. Nice private parking, wifi is great.
Number that was given for customer support was not reachable. So we was waiting for someone to get out of the hotel to open the dor for us (one hour of waitng in the rain) neve forget your code for the front door
Convenient to public transport, a Penny supermarket (limited food range) was nearby. Basic kitchen facilities (2 hot plates, microwave, small refrigerator). Ok for budget conscious travellers who just want basic facilities.
We are to old for this room (probably would have been fine 30 years ago, pre children). The room was on the top floor with a sloped ceiling, was very small and we had to bend over to get into one side of the bed. The windows were in the ceiling and closed automatically at first drops of rain. This meant the room became hot and stuffy as it was damp when we visited. The bed was comfortable but squeaked when the person moved. Parking was free but only 6 places were available (not really enough given the number of rooms).
staff were very friendly and helpful, nice bathroom
distance from city Apartment very small. No extractor fan over cooker . no oven, 2 small hob rings to cook, Fumes everywhere when cooking
Staff was helpful
We were given a wrong category room on the 1st night. We paid for a higher category but were given a lower category room. They moved us to the right category room the next day and gave us only a 20 euro discount in lieu of their mistake
helpful and friendly flexible with car parking
bed cushions all stank badly of stale sweat. location was too far out of centre no advice was given on how to get discounted bus tickets
Apartment was nicely equiped, clean, parking slots available, pretty quiet, necessary info provided.
Location, on the outskirts, not at all in the centre! Public transport available not very frequent though. There was only 1 power socket in the room.
The people working there were so friendly and very helpful with all of our questions!
Nice staff, no problems, clean and nice room.
Not really walking distance, but with public transport it was ok. Some minor things in the room was broken, nothing bad tho
Nice kitchen, spacious bathroom
Please provide shampoo & soap.
-the kitchen -big bathroom -cleanliness -good bus and train connections -distant mountain view from our room window -nice neighbourhood for evening walks -near supermarket Pennymarkt
-a little of dirt under the refrigerator, otherwise very clean -the ceiling was really low -you have to bring your own soap
The service, cleanness, value for money.
Parking some times is full
good for the money
a bit far from the center but OK
It is close to shopping areas in Salzburg.
There was nothing in the bathroom but towels.
Location close to the city
Very small for family with three kids
missing airconditioning and unconfortable bed and lack of soap in the bathroom, noisy from the traffic.
The email instructions on how to get to and enter the hotel after office hours were clear and easy to follow. The double room we had on the top floor had a sloping roof and although it was poky it was clean and nicely furnished. Only the bathroom was separated from the main room. The kitchenette was well equipped with basic cooking utensils, bar fridge, microwave, two hotplates, a large sink, coffee maker, kettle and four place settings. This was enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, two single mattresses and doonas on one double bed. The lounge chair was also comfy. WiFi worked well after alerting staff the next morning that it cut out not long after we started using it the first night. Plenty of information about using public transport, shops nearby (supermarket closes at 6pm, not open Sunday) and local sights and tours.
It reminded me of my on-campus university residence. The room got very hot during the day - kept windows open at night but then had to use earplugs for traffic noise. It would have been nice to be alerted to the fact that Monday was a public holiday and all shops were closed as we planned on going to the supermarket to get more supplies.
Great location Overall price Size and comfort Cleanliness Parking Dog friendly
A little further from Altstadt than expected Pet fee slightly higher than average
Clean, close to town, bright & cheerful
Bed uncomfortable and too big in room
For the price, it was excellent. Small but cute, great bathroom. Even though it's a bit out of town, it's right near the bus stop so getting around was easy.
Nothing to complain about, just a warning to fellow travellers that if you're planning on cooking for yourself the supermarket closes early so be organised on that first day.
The staff was really helpful, from the day of the booking, and during our stay as well. I made some extra requests for the room which was all organized very nicely, and we got a very good description on what's worth visiting, how to get around the city etc, which was really helpful. The WiFi worked fine, and the room was clean, and everything was easily accessible from the hotel with public transport (within 30 mins). Compared to other places we checked out for Salzburg, this one is definitely great value for a good price.
The bed was a little worn out, it could use new mattresses. Also, we would've needed something to put on the dishes after we finished washing them or something to dry them with; but still, I'd recommend this place for others visiting Salzburg.
Good location and very comfortable rooms
It was very easy to enter the hotel. Beautiful facility, very comfortable, quiet, nice to have a private apartment.
My only complaint was not knowing that we had to leave the hotel before 9 AM. This was not clear on the website and produced a bit of confusion since my friend and I needed a place to keep our luggage while sightseeing during the day.
Nice IKEA room! :) Good free parking. Very nice staff.
To soft bed.
