Hartelijk ontvangst door gastvrouw en gastheer, in perfect engels. Zij waren erg behulpzaam en bereid al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Het appartement was prima. Bovenste verdieping met woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers. Klein dorpje met wat eenvoudige eetgelegenheden in de buurt en een heerlijk zwemwater op 100 meter van het hotel. Erg leuk was het om een fluisterbootje te huren voor 8,00 per half uur! Voor 1 nachtje (zoals wij) super, voor meerdere nachtjes ook prima, voor 2 weken een beetje beperkte omgeving. |

Friendly reception and helpful owners, who were knowledgeable about local attractions, with plenty of practical advice for people who did not know the area. Although the one bedroomed apartment was compact, it was also spacious at the same time ( for a couple that is). It was very quiet and close to many attractions and pathways for walking, despite being relatively close to a railway line. The trains were electric, so one was hardly aware of it. It would have been nice if they also served dinner, but then there is a very nice, good value for money local restaurant next door, and a supermarket and other eateries/pubs further down the road. |

Jane, the owner of the facilities, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She made the entire experience and can not say enough of how hospitable she is, which makes all the difference and sets this accommodation apart from all the rest. |

Owner was very helpful and made sure we are comfortable during our stay. Perfect location, lake is just behind the apartment. Spacious rooms. Complete kitchen. Value for money. |

the staff at this hotel is most outstanding. Owner Mark and his wife go out of their way to make you feel at home. we had to start at a bicycle race at five in the morning. They made sure we could have breakfast in the room at 3am. |

This is apartment, not a hotel, but rooms are ok - shower, sat tv, teapot. Owners are very nice. They speak english very well. Hotel is not far from the lake and cable-way. Breakfast is pretty good (cereals, milk, juice, eggs, cheese, ham, coffee, fruits, jam, etc.). Although the railway is very close to the hotel, it is very quite and I have never been disturbed by it (was sleeping like a child), I would not say it is big disadvantage. Also they give you discount for visiting caves and cable way. Goog value for money. They don't cook (but there is pizza/restaurant justover the corner). And they had some problem with accepting credit card, had to travel to ATM (probably some connection problem to the bank). |

English speaking Mark was extremely helpful and welcoming. The set up of the Apartment was just ideal. Very close to the Lake and a great park. Very nice facilities. |

We stay one day, however we regret we didn't stay more. View is amazing; apartment was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reach and delicious, the best we ate at Austria. The owners, Mark and Jane are marvelous. We strongly recommend!!! |

Very nice owners of the hotel made our stay simply wonderful! The room was huge with a little full equiped kitchen inside. The view from the room was simply fantastic! Great place for winter time in mountains, but we also enjoyed it in spring. Highly recommended! |

The owners (Mark and Jane) were very helpful and friendly and made the stay very pleasant. The location is brilliant - 2 minutes walk from the lake, and it was nice to be out of the main tourist area of Hallstatt (yet it was still very accessible). The apartment was perfect for what we were wanting - cooking facilities, comfy beds, friendly service, spacious and clean. |

We spent just a day and a night there with cloudy skies and drizzle rain therefore we couldn't do any outdoor activity. As far as I've seen from my room there is a great view of the lake , just a few step away. |
