I ordered your service through one room for four people {two adults and two children} One room for three people (two adults and one child) Two double rooms Booking confirmation you had a final price for two nights for each room. We were surprised that leaving the hotel requires a separate price for children. Throughout the correspondence with you I do not understand this price policy. I suggest you clarify this policy in every booking that includes children.

Zeer schoon en vriendelijke mensen Ontbijt elke dag het zelfde en karig, afstand naar de piste,S. Een kleine piste op 1 km. Maar de aaneengesloten piste's op 10 km.

Einfach alles perfekt, ein Unterkunft die wir allen empfehlen können. Wir sind schon jahrelang in Altenmarkt auf Urlaub, aber das war bis jetzt vom Gesamtpaket die beste Unterkunft. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst/bejegening. Comfortabele ruime kamer, met prachtige badkamer. Zeer rustige locatie op loopafstand van Centrum dorp. Afschuwelijke verlichting: in alle ruimten ongematteerde "peertjes", die je als kleine schijnwerpers hinderen. Vooral ook: ijzige stilte in ontbijtruimte. Een plezierig achtergrondmuziekje ('eazy listening") zou erg welkom zijn, o.i.

Ontspannen sfeer. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw en -man. Geweldig saunagedeelte met sauna, infrarode cabine, turks stoombad en relax ruimtes. Alles heel netjes en schoon.
